The cozy holiday home "Haus am Bach" is suitable for up to 5 people.

On the ground floor, an open living and dining area, separated by an old timber-framed wall, invites you to feel at home. The integrated kitchen features an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee machine, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, and much more. From there, you can access the terrace, which offers a wonderful view of the brook and the greenery.

There is also a bathroom with a shower on the ground floor.

On the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds. The large couch in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed, providing sleeping space for two additional people.

The holiday home is equipped with two smart TVs (one in the living room and one in the double bedroom) and Wi-Fi. Behind the house, there is a parking space for a car, immediately to the left after the bridge when coming from Simmern.

Bed linen and towels are provided.

Dogs are allowed on request.

The holiday home is situated in a quiet, idyllic location. The dream loop Heimat passes directly by it. The accommodation is ideal for those who want to enjoy nature and let their soul unwind.

During the summer months, a visit to the freshly renovated outdoor pool is highly recommended.

Excursion destinations to the rivers Rhine or Mosel can be reached in about a 40-minute drive. You can get to the river Nahe in about 20 minutes by car. The Geierlay suspension bridge is also only about 30 minutes away by car. Cities such as Mainz, Koblenz, or Trier can be reached in about an hour by car.

At the edge of the village heading towards Mengerschied, there is a shopping opportunity for daily needs as well as a bakery. Additionally, there are several restaurants, a hairdresser, and a pharmacy in the village. Further shopping and dining options can be found in Kirchberg, about 10 kilometers from Gemünden.

Dogs are warmly welcome. A cleaning fee of €35.00 will be charged for each stay.

The minimum duration of stay is two nights.
