Our comfortable summer cottage lies, embedded in a small green oasis, in the center of Weiden only 50 m away from the railway station, you can reach the lake in only few walking minutes. It is equipped high grade and has three bedrooms (2+2+1 for youth) a bathroom with shower and toilet as well as a separate toilet. The kitchen is equipped with all household appliances and is connected with the living area and eating area. The house is split in two levels, in the ground floor there is the entrance area as well as a small bedroom with a high-quality Joka-pull-out couch for 2 people, a toilet with hand wash basin and the open living area with comfortable soft corner, TV, stereo, generous eating area and the full-equipped kitchen. In the upper floor are the bedroom with a double bed as well as a room with a single youth-bed and the bathroom with shower and WC. In all rooms is sufficient storage space for clothes and other stuff. The house is possible to be heated and for the hot season there is air conditioning optional (add.costs of €40,-/week). Several dining establishments are within close walking distance, offering possibilities for variation in the culinary design of your holidays.
