It is located at a very quiet and peaceful place, near the forest-so you can put on your shoes
and go for a hike. Nearby, the bike path leads along our beautiful river "lech"

In this old, lovely renovated farmhouse you cant finde two double bedrooms, a snuggery with a pellets oven.
A kitchen with an adjacent larder and a room with a washing machine and a dryer - all on the first floor.
On the second floor you can also find two double bedrooms, a lounge with a close - by kitchenette and a fitness room.
Additonally, there are various board - and card games for cosy evenings.
An electric dartboard is located at the barn door in the corridor on the first floor.
In the barn we have a "table-tennis-table" with equipment.
The outdoor area can be used as well for sports and fun.
When you arrive, you will receiva code for the front door jey.
