's klä Haisel (the small house) was built around 1880 together with the adjoining sandstone house. Originally, the front part was used as a milk store and the rear part as a pigsty. The sandstone house was a mill at that time, with a waterwheel in the Speyerbach stream running in front of it.

In the early 1990s, we, the Schaaf family, took over the house and have renovated and modernized it several times over the years, most recently in 2024/2025.
