The comfortable and luxuriously furnished holiday home is suitable for 2 to 4 people (with additional sleeping arrangements for up to 6 people). It is located in the quiet village of Kohlstatt. By car, you can reach the ski lift in the center of Fügen in 7 minutes. An ideal place if you want to enjoy a relaxing holiday with your family. Pets are also welcome.

The holiday house in the quiet hamlet Kohlstatt is the perfect base for active holidays with children or friends. The ski area Spieljoch and the water fun park in Fügen with indoor and outdoor pools are only 5 minutes away. In the centre of Fügen you will find various shops and restaurants.

In two double rooms, one bathroom with separate WC and a kitchen diner the holiday house can accommodate 2-4 persons - with its additional sleeping capacity a total of 6 persons find a comfortable holiday home in the Ferienhaus Spieljochblick. After a wonderful hiking day, you can relax on the large sofa in the separate living room or on the beautiful terrace, enjoying the vista of green meadows and the Spieljoch. During your stay a car park, Wi-Fi and a ski storage room are available free of charge. Dog owners and their canine best friends are also welcome.

In summer, the nature trail in Hart starts right at the doorstep and takes you to the “Schleierwasserfall” waterfall where children can play at the “Haselbach” stream. The water fun park “Erlebnistherme Zillertal” in Fügen boasts adventure pools, waters slides and a large spa area, offering cooling water fun for both children and adults. Golf enthusiasts can reach the 18-hole golf course with club house in Uderns in just 7 minutes.
