The completely newly furnished, comfortable holiday home consists of a self-contained holiday apartment on the ground floor with 70 m². This apartment has a hall, kitchen, bathroom with shower and toilet and a living-bedroom with double bed, sofa bed (1.60 m x 2.33 m) and a large wardrobe. It offers sleeping possibilities for 2 to 4 persons. Ideal also for families with 2 children.

According to demand and number of guests the holiday flat with the 1st floor can be extended to 136 m². On the 1st floor there are three more bedrooms and the second bathroom with shower and toilet. One bedroom with double bed and two more with single beds. Two single beds can also be combined. From 6 guests the second bathroom on the upper floor is available.

The holiday home has SAT-TV (flat screen TV) in the living room, radio and CD player, WLAN, one hair dryer per bathroom, ironing board with iron, high chair and cot (car bed), 2 separate mattresses in all beds, shutters. Bicycles can be stored in the lockable garage. The garden and the terrace with barbecue and parasol can be used. There are three parking spaces directly in front of the door. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking house.

Towels, bed linen, final cleaning, WLAN and additional costs are included. The landlords live in the neighbouring house and are happy to answer any questions.
