On a top location in the cosy village of Brixen im Thale, next to the Sporthotel, you will find the in 2016 built small-scale apartment complex "Residenz Edelalm".
The gondola with connection to the "SkiWelt" ski area is a few minutes by car, You can take the ski lift here towards the Westendorf ski area or the other way to the High Brixen ski area.
The ski bus stops practically in front of the door. The "Tanzer" valley run (1c) comes out a few dozen metres across from the flat. A short distance away is the train station.
The Top 4 flat is located on the first floor. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms with toilet and there is a separate extra toilet.
Along the entire rear side (facing south!) you will find a spacious sunny terrace with seating area and fantastic views of the Choralp. The flat has its own room with a washing machine and dryer and also the possibility of storing skis and ski boots here.
Parking/charging station: Top 4 has 2 parking spaces, one of which is under a carport. There is a charging station under the carport of Top 2. This can be used in consultation with the caretaker. Charges for charging electric or hybrid cars are always according to consumption and are calculated separately on the basis of the prices applicable in Austria.

Schöne Wohnung, komplett ausgestattet. Österreich ist wunderschön!
Tolle Wohnung. Schade, dass der Tunnel gesperrt war, was zu viel Verkehrslärm führte. Schade ist auch, dass die Ferienzeit zwischen zwei Jahreszeiten fällt und daher viele Aktivitäten nicht stattfinden.
Habe diese geräumige Wohnung zum zweiten Mal gemietet. Sehr zufrieden!

Die Lage für Ausflüge war mehr als hervorragend, die Umgebung wunderschön.
Hinter der Wohnung befinden sich Tennisplätze, die ab 8:00 Uhr geöffnet sind.
Die Wohnung hätte etwas sauberer sein können, und es fällt eine hohe Endreinigungsgebühr an.
Der Kühlschrank leckte, eine Toilette war (bei normalem Gebrauch) verstopft und die Lüftung in einem der Badezimmer fiel von der Wand.
Die Lage für Ausflüge war mehr als hervorragend, die Umgebung wunderschön.

Eine schöne, moderne und voll ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in einer schönen Umgebung. Viel Platz für 6 Personen. Herzlicher Empfang. Sehr empfehlenswert. Wir hatten einen fantastischen Urlaub.

Traumhaft schöne Wohnung und freundlicher Empfang.
Die Wohnung hat unsere Erwartungen voll und ganz erfüllt; die Fotos sind authentisch! Die Betten sind bequem und die Schlafzimmer geräumig. Es gibt viel Stauraum. Der Empfang war freundlich und flexibel. Die Küche ist mit ausreichend Geschirr, Besteck usw. ausgestattet. Auch die Möbel sind gut. Der Schlüsselsafe ist praktisch für mehrere Paare. Der Skibus ist maximal 5 Gehminuten entfernt, die Pisten selbst sind in 15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Ortszentrum mit Supermarkt und Restaurants ist 10 Gehminuten entfernt.
Der Balkon ist nach Süden ausgerichtet und geräumig.
Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die relativ hohe Geräuschkulisse; Geräusche aus dem Treppenhaus und den Nachbarwohnungen sind laut. Die Temperatur lässt sich außerdem schlecht regulieren; es ist sehr warm.

Wunderschöne Wohnung mit allem Komfort, gemütlich eingerichtet und sehr sauber! Großzügiges Wohnzimmer, gut ausgestattete Küche, zwei Badezimmer. Sehr freundlicher Hausmeister, und nach Absprache standen viele Möglichkeiten zur Verfügung. Der Skibus hält in unmittelbarer Nähe und in weniger als zwei Minuten ist man bei den Gondeln, wo man seine Skier und Schuhe bequem bei Intersport deponieren kann. Von uns gibt es volle 10 von 10 Punkten.
