You will stay spaciously across two floors with approx. 170 m2 living space and private entrance with a key safe. On the first floor, you will find the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, oven, coffee machine, and a small dining area. The living-dining room features a seating area for 12 people and a cozy sofa area with satellite TV.

Of the total five bedrooms, there are three separate double rooms and one passage room with three beds on the first floor.

An additional bedroom with three beds, satellite TV, shower, and toilet is located on the second floor. Three rooms are allergy-friendly.

In summary, hairdryer, four showers, four sinks, one bathtub, and three toilets are distributed in three bathrooms.

We cater to our little guests – baby crib, high chair are all available and of course free of charge.
With us, you won’t get cold feet; we have a ski room with ski boot heaters.
Fresh rolls are available nearby.
Wi-Fi is of course free throughout the house!
A washing machine is also available.

The highlight is certainly the large terrace with 120 m² - here our guests come to enjoy pure sunshine in spring. The terrace is used only by guests in apartment Jutta 1.

Dogs are not allowed. There are sufficient parking spaces, some of which are covered.

visitors to enjoy nature and varied leisure activities in the mountains. Quietly
yet centrally located in the small village of Kaltenbach, enjoyable holidays in
a homely atmosphere await you.

Apartment Jutta 1 has five bedrooms and a huge
terrace, extends over two floors and offers space for up to twelve people,
perfect for holidays with friends or the extended family.


The ground floor apartment Jutta 3 has 140m2,
four bedrooms and a terrace and can accommodate two to ten people. Cots,
highchairs and a children's playroom are available for babies and toddlers. The
kitchens are equipped with dishwasher, microwave, oven and a large dining
table. The adjoining living rooms with satellite TV are perfect to enjoy relaxed
and convivial evenings. Amenities include free parking and free Wi-Fi. Both
apartments have a separate entrance with key safe and are non-smoking. Dogs are
not allowed.


The Zillertalbahn railway station is located 200 m
below our house and runs a regular train service in the Zillertal. Shopping
facilities and restaurants are within walking distance of our accommodation.


In summer, the Zillertal offers great outdoor
experiences. Whether you enjoy hiking or cycling in the Hochzillertal hiking
area, exploring the Spieljoch adventure mountain in Fügen or cooling off in the
nearby water park “Badewelt Stumm”- the Zillertal offers plenty
of recreational options.


Our accommodation is the ideal base for varied winter
holidays in the Zillertal – we are located within just a few minutes’ walking
distance from the ski area Hochzillertal and the train station Kaltenbach. The
other ski areas of the region, such as the Spieljochbahn in Fügen and the ski
area Hochfügen, are easily accessible by train or bus and you can leave your
car parked. In our house you will also find a ski storage room with ski boot
dryer and a lockable ski box for safe storage of your winter sports equipment.
The nearest après-ski bars are located at the Hochzillertal valley station
directly in Kaltenbach, only a few minutes' walk from our house.
