Come on in – our apartment is cosy and commodious! Feel like home on a total of 95m². The combination of traditional and modern elements gives this apartment a very unique charm. Enter your accommodation through a separate entrance on your own terrace and take a seat in the haimish fireplace room with antique furniture.

The large living room invites to watch TV and relax after a long day. Here you will also find a desk and a play area with a dollhouse, puzzles and picture books for kids as well as board games for young and old. The red sofa in the same room can be converted into a second bed (140 x 200 cm).

In the well-equipped kitchen, you’ll find everything you need for everyday use and culinary experiments: coffee machine (for senseo coffee pods and ground coffee), electric kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, stove and dishwasher. The dining group makes for a good mood in the early mornings. 4 people and a baby in a highchair can be seated here.

The separate bedroom with double bed and bedding in comfort size appears bright and open and offers enough space for an additional cot for babies, which we happily like to provide on request. Here you can sleep tight and dream well.

The bathroom with shower (75 x 75 cm) and tub is located behind the bedroom and is only accessible through it. In the bathroom you will find towels in varying sizes, a height-adjustable cosmetic mirror and a hair dryer. In addition, the bathroom is equipped with shampoo, soap, shower, toilet paper and sufficient power outlets.

We also offer free Wi-Fi, cable TV, parking on the property and storage for your bikes in the garden shed. For a small fee you can also use the washing machine and dryer if you wish.

Please note: The railway is as much a part of the Middle Rhine Valley as the Loreley or the steep vineyards. Our "Schöne Auszeit" (which literally means “lovely leisure time”) is in immediate vicinity of the railway tracks, so despite soundproofing wall some railway noise is to be expected.

On the other hand the way to the train station and bus stops is quite short – so you can comfortably utilise the included guest ticket to its fullest: With it you can travel within the entire VRM area by bus and train for free. So it’s possible to easily explore the beautiful landscape surrounding the rivers Rhine and Moselle and visit many impressive sights.

Our lovely flat, which has been decorated with an eye for detail, is located on the ground floor of a two-familiy house in Spay,
situated 12 kilometers south from Koblenz, in the heart of the Upper Middle Rhine Valley.

The region has been praised by the UNESCO Committee for its numerous castles, well-known sights and extraordinary nature.

From the apartment, many hiking and biking trails, as well as public transport are easily accessible within a few walking minutes.
