Our cozy holiday apartment offers you everything you need for a pleasant stay – ideal for relaxing, exploring, and feeling good:

Facilities



Living Room: Spacious couch that can be transformed into a comfortable second bed if needed. Additionally, a television and a spacious wardrobe are available for your use.


Bedroom: Restful sleep awaits you in the comfortable box spring bed (2x2 m). A dresser and bedside lamps with USB ports provide additional comfort.


Kitchen: The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, as well as all kitchen utensils for self-catering.


Conservatory (Dining Room): The light-flooded conservatory serves as a cozy dining area with direct garden views and a second TV.


Outdoor Area: Enjoy the tranquility in the small garden with seating, which is available for your exclusive use – perfect for breakfast outdoors or relaxed evenings.


Internet: Wi-Fi is, of course, available – free and reliable.


Bicycle Garage: A secure garage is available for bicycles you bring along.


Parking: Small cars can park directly in our courtyard driveway. For all others, there is a parking spot at Zehnerstraße/Grabenstraße, only about 200 m away. There, you can park comfortably with a free parking ticket, which we are happy to provide.


VRM Guest Ticket: From April 1, all guests will have access to the VRM guest ticket. With this, you can use all bus and train connections in the VRM area for free. Nothing stands in the way of trips to the Ahr Valley, Koblenz, or the Loreley.




Location

The apartment is located in a quiet side street, just 100 meters from the Rhine – ideal for walks, cycling tours, or simply to linger by the water. Despite the natural surroundings, you can easily reach shopping facilities, restaurants, and public transport on foot.
The apartment is on the elevated ground floor, so there are 5 steps to manage in the stairwell.
