The vacation apartment, which was renovated in 2022, is located on the 1st floor of a well-kept property in the quiet Maxburgstraße, which is characterized by residential houses. On 104 m² the vacation apartment offers generous space for up to 3 persons. From the spacious and covered loggia you have an unobstructed view of our "local mountain", the Nollen, and our lovingly landscaped garden. A stylish pavilion and barbecue facilities are at your exclusive disposal.

Our vacation apartment "Nollenblick" is located directly at the Palatinate Almond Trail in the preferred residential area "Hambacher Höhe", which connects the city center of Neustadt an der Weinstraße with the famous wine village Hambach. It is only a 10 to 15 minute walk to the main train station or the old town and you can reach the forest or the vineyards on foot in only 5 to 10 minutes each. From the spacious loggia of the apartment, which was renovated in 2022, you have a view of our "local mountain", the Nollen. The central location of our apartment between the old town, forest and vineyards allows you an active and at the same time enjoyable vacation in the Palatinate. The apartment is an ideal starting point for hikes in the nearby Palatinate Forest (e.g. to managed huts or the Hambach Castle), for walks through the vineyards (e.g. to wineries or wine villages) and for bike or motorcycle tours. In the immediate vicinity are also two bakers, a grocery store, various doctors, a pharmacy and a bank.
