Our house was newly renovated 3 years ago, featuring a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, Wi-Fi, and audio devices available in all rooms. It is situated on a gentle slope in a quiet residential area, surrounded by vast forest areas with many beautiful hiking trails.
The apartment on the ground floor is modernly furnished and consists of a large living-dining area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, and a spacious bathroom with bathtub, shower, and toilet. The ground-level terrace offers a beautiful view of the generous garden pond with valuable koi fish and additional seating (beach chair). In the basement, level with the street, there is another bedroom with a bunk bed and a separate guest toilet.
Barbecue facilities and a garage for storing motorbikes and bicycles are also available.
Those who stay with us simply feel comfortable, which includes families and other mixed age groups.

Maßweiler has it
Maßweiler is a small, picturesque village between Zweibrücken and Pirmasens with fewer than 1,000 residents, yet it offers quite a lot:

In Germany's only and largest animal rescue station, visitors can see tigers, wildcats, raccoons, rare sheep, and continually new animal species. The rescue station has already been visited by Frank Elstner, the zoo director of Karlsruhe, and the SWR camera team for reports. The 1-hour tour with the station ranger is highly appreciated.

The varied culinary offerings, led by the Gourmet Restaurant Borst, awarded a cooking spoon, and alongside a cozy, traditional village tavern, offering Palatinate specialties, are unmatched.
