Completely newly furnished apartment for 4-6 persons. In this apartment, you will find everything you need. From the kitchen-living room, as well as from the living room, you can directly access the terrace with garden link.
Our house is situated at the foot of the Wank, from here you can start immediately on foot into the mountains. From the garden, as well as from the living room, you can look at the Kramerberg.

You can cancel the rental contract in writing or provide a substitute renter. In the event of cancellation without a substitute tenant, the lump-sum compensation claim shall amount to 10% of the rental price up to 90 days prior to commencement of the rental period. In the case of a later withdrawal, the entire rental price minus saved expenses (cleaning costs) will be charged. The date on which your written declaration is received by me is decisive for the deadline. Of course I will attempt to rent the apartment. If I succeed in finding another tenant for the same period under the same conditions, we will refund you the rent already paid minus 10% expense allowance. In order to avoid this unpleasant situation for both sides, we recommend a travel cancellation insurance.
(Note: Due to the insurance conditions, this must be taken out at short notice after booking!!!)

Sommerurlaub
Hunde sind auch herzlich willkommen.
Verbesserungsvorschlag:
Matratzen im Schlafzimmer sollten gegen neue und härtere Matratzen ausgetauscht werden (für uns zu weich) . Habe mit Frau Kantelberg gesprochen .
Ausstattung:
Evtl ein Eierkocher und Eierbecher und paar kleine Frühstücksteller, evtl ein Salz und Pfeffersteuer.
Die Innenstadt und die Sehenswürdigkeiten waren schnell erreichbar.
Es hat alles geklappt, vom kontaktlosen einchecken bis zur Abreise.
Wir können die Wohnung zu 100% weiterempfehlen.
Vielleicht sehen wir uns mal wieder.
Erholsamer Familien-Wanderurlaub ohne Auto
Bestens ausgestattetes Appartment, Wanderwege starten quasi direkt vor der Haustür, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurant in fußläufiger Entfernung, Busse innerorts mit Gästekarte gratis - man braucht kein Auto und kann mit kleinem Gepäck reisen.
Draussen-Frühstück mit Bergblick - einmalig schön für uns Ostsee-Nordlichter!!!
Wir haben 14 Tage Erlebnis-Wanderurlaub in Bayern verbracht, die Touren waren - auch dank der tollen Tipps von Frau Kantelberg- wunderschön und für unser Fast-Schulkind interessant und gut zu bewältigen.
Wir kamen gut erholt wieder nach Hause und zehren noch lange von den tollen Eindrücken.

Direkt im Grünen mit Wahnsinnsblick auf die Zugspitze - Hunde willkommen
Vor allem die Terrasse und der Garten sind toll sowohl für Hund, als auch den Mensch.
Wir waren mit dem Auto da, aber man kommt auch gut mit öffentlichen zurecht.
Es freut mich sehr, dass es Ihnen bei uns gefallen hat.

Wanderurlaub in super Umgebung

Ein sehr schöner Urlaub in einer tollen Wohnung
Für einen Urlaub mit Hund ist diese Wohnung übrigens prima geeignet. Das Haus liegt in einer Sackgasse mit so gut wie keinem Autoverkehr. Mit ein paar Schritten ist man im Grünen und kann auf dem Philosophenweg z.B. in Richtung Kuhfluchtwasserfälle laufen.
Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Weil alles so gut gepasst hat, ist es nicht auszuschließen, dass wir nochmal in dieser Wohnung Urlaub machen werden!
