Apartment “Il Mulino” for maximum of 4/ 5 people 2 bedrooms
The apartment 'Il Mulino' is on the ground level of Ca' Pisani and it can be accessed through a separate iron-gated entrance. It has a beautiful private and relaxing sunbathed terrace which overlooks the garden and the valley and which has a direct access to Ca’ Pisani’s sharing pool .The interiors show an exclusive architectural design with attention to details. From the front door one enters into a bright living room which opens into the terrace with TV and a sofa bed for 2 and into a separate dining area with a specially designed dining table. The kitchen is very stylish with modern stainless steel appliances.
The master bedroom opens on the terrace and has a double bed, a walk-in-closet, and a desk with wireless internet access. The second bedroom has 2 single beds that can be a double deb .The bathroom has stone walls, a modern shower, a large sink, a WC, a bidet and a washing machine. The house has a private parking space. Please do not smoke inside the house thanks
this property is available from November to the 30th of March for a monthly rent of 600 euro.

How to get to the house -
By car from Milan:Take the motorway A7 in the direction of Genova, and follow the signs towards Ventimiglia. Take the exit marked Imperia Ovest. After leaving the Motorway turn left and follow the signs towards San Lorenzo al Mare don’t take the turn to Poggi but drive for 4 km on the main road eventually on your right you find the turning for Civezza once in the village stop in via Giusti at the bus stop

we are back at home now but we like to think about our wonderful time in civezza. Now we want to say Thanks to you, the apartment was a very good location for our holidays. Also special Thanks to Manuel, the boy for the cleaning the pool, he shows us the beautiful place of the laguna.

So very nice apartment
The village of Civezza is such a nice place with a lot of history. In the village you have a very nice restaurant with typical Italian dishes.
The landlord Franco has a very high service level, he and his staff solve all things you need.
I really can recommended this apartment and I am coming back next summer, for sure!
