In case something unforeseen happens and you are unable to start your trip, the following conditions apply with us:

The deposit (booking guarantee) will be retained by the landlord as compensation if the holiday is not commenced.
From 2 months to 4 weeks before arrival, we will charge an additional 3 days of the travel price.
Within the last 4 weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price including the deposit.
If the booked apartment is not taken over for the agreed period without a cancellation, or in case of early departure, the guest is obliged to pay 100% of the agreed total price. Regardless of whether the apartment can be rented out during the affected period.

Arriving in Kurtatsch
Drive past the church in the village of Kurtatsch, then take the road to the right and continue for 5km up the hill. You will reach Hofstatt, keep going until the next crossroads Fennberg/Graun.
