This beautiful apartment is located in Maria Alm in the district of Hintermoos and the Hochkönig ski area. Situated on the ground floor, this spacious apartment has its own entrance with a sunny terrace. The interior design is very neat, expansive and comfortable. There is a large living room with a modern open-plan kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. There is also a recreation room in the house for general use. If available, this accommodation can be booked together with the adjacent apartment, creating an ideal combination for families travelling together.
For those who love skiing or snowboarding, there are many slopes (over 150 km of them) and modern ski lifts in Maria Alm. When there is enough snow cover, the location of the house is so close to the ski lift and slope that it makes it possible to ski to the lift in the morning and then ski back down almost to the house in the afternoon. There are also many options for ice skating, cross-country skiing and hiking, for a winter holiday with something for everyone.
In spring and summer, this holiday home is surrounded by vast green meadows and guests will really appreciate the beautiful view. Maria Alm offers many options outside of the wintertime and is popular year round. Thanks to its central location, Maria Alm is an ideal base for many daytrips to Salzburg or Zell am See, the Kaprun reservoir, the Grossglockner, Burg Hohen Werfen and the "World of the Ice Giant, '' which makes this holiday home the perfect base for an active family.

Die Ankunft war gut und die Unterkunft war gut und großzügig. Die Gegend war wunderschön mit Blick auf die Berge.

Die Begrüßung war großartig. Die Unterkunft fanden wir einfach, ein komfortabler Wohnbereich fehlt. Die Aussicht von der Wohnung war wunderschön und die Umgebung auch. Die Unterkunft ist weit weg von allem, also ist ein Auto notwendig.

Wir waren letztes Jahr dort und das war gut, sonst wären wir nicht wieder hingegangen. Es ist schön, dass Sie ankommen und obwohl wir schon dort waren, waren wir schon erlaubt. Die Leute sind sehr freundlich und denken mit. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, Sie sitzen auf einem Berg, zwischen den Bergen. Vor allem am Abend mit Sonnenuntergang zwischen den Bergen ist sehr schön. Manchmal kann man sogar eine Hirschfamilie durch die Berge laufen sehen.

Die Hütte war schön und geräumig genug. Es wurde erwähnt, dass es sich im Erdgeschoss befindet, aber wir mussten Kick-down, also eigentlich ist es unter der Erde war. Für Menschen mit Gehbehinderung ist es schwieriger. Die Besitzer waren sehr freundlich und tat alles, um Probleme, wie Wifi-Problem zu lösen. Es war ein bisschen wie ein Sprachproblem, weil wir sprechen sehr wenig Deutsch und die Besitzer nur Deutsch, aber wir haben unseren Plan erstellt. Auf jeden Fall ein Ort, um zurückzukehren. Für Naturliebhaber und Menschen, die zu Fuß gehen zu lieben, ist es ein Muss.
