With a 55-inch smart satellite television, you can lounge in front of it, or log into your favourite streaming services and have a film night.KITCHEN & DINING AREAA fully equipped kitchen and dining area with a dining table for four persons. A large fridge, freezer, stove, oven, toaster, water kettle, and a filter coffee machine are also available. Near the kitchen is a dedicated workspace with a desk and a chair. BEDROOMThe gallery bedroom has a king-size bed (180x200 cm) with a gallery attached and two armchairs. The bedroom is equipped with a smart SAT television with a free Netflix subscription. In the event of a tenant-initiated cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be applicable:Between 29 and 14 days before arrival, a 50% charge of the total reservation price will be applied,Between 13 and 1 day before arrival, a 100% charge of the total reservation price will be applied.If the tenant fails to arrive or does not show up, the Agency will retain the entire reservation amount. Cancellations must be submitted in writing, and the day of receiving the written cancellation is considered the cancellation day. To cancel, simply shoot us an email at info@solorplus.com.Please note that no refunds will be granted for early departures that occur before the booked departure date.

The accommodation price covers the basic services as outlined in the reservation confirmation. Any additional services not included in the price will be billed separately. Tenant must declare these extra services when making the reservation. All prices are in euros, and the Agency reserves the right to modify the stated prices. However, for tenant who've already paid an advance payment, the agreed-upon price remains unchanged. Any tenant requests not covered in the price must be settled on-site with the person responsible for the property keys.Rental prices include, unless otherwise specified: internet access, standard electricity usage, winter heating or summer air conditioning, water consumption, final cleaning, bed linen, towels, and tourist tax.

Please remember that you are staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP.We're here for you during your stay, but our level of interaction is up to you. We're only a phone call/message away. You will be able to self check-out upon departure.No public transportation, so you need your own or rental car for exploring the surroundings.
