5 mins walk are the shores of Lake Garda where you will find lakeside restaurants, pizzerias, bars, ice-cream parlours, ferries to go all over Lake Garda, boat hire and scooter hire.
In fact, we would say that you can come and stay at our residence and never need the car! And if you want to stay even closer, then relax around our beautiful swimming pool and enjoy the stunning lake views.
By the way, if you have a car, there is also a car park inside the residence, protected by a gate and shared BBQ facilities .

You have to reach by motorway Desenzano del Garda,
then you are less than 15 minutes from our property.
On arrival near Moniga del Garda from Desenzano, you will see in front of you a large supermarket called ITALMARK and on the left a shop called 'Garda e Vino' . At the roundabout directly in front of the supermarket, take the exit which takes you to the right of the supermarket and down. NOT the main road at the top. Follow this small road and after about 300 metres, it will become one-way and quite tight. After entering this one-way street, take via DEGLI OLIVI on the right and then after 500mt Via Porto on the left. Drive up for 300mt and on the right you'll find our gate.
