Through the ground-level entrance, you enter the newly renovated apartment.

In the living room, there is a separate single bed and a double sofa bed, a dining area for 4 people, a small counter, and a large television. W-LAN connection is available and free of charge. From the living room, you can access the terrace directly, which offers a beautiful view of the old oak tree.

The bedroom with a double bed and very cozy bed linens invites you to dream. Your clothes will find their place in the large wardrobe.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. A hairdryer is provided. Soap, as well as hand, bath, and dish towels, are available for you.

The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. It is fully equipped for self-catering; a dishwasher takes care of the washing up for you. Cleaning supplies and various small items are already available. The small kitchen table comfortably accommodates two people.

Pets are unfortunately not allowed for hygienic reasons.

Location

Our quiet, modern furnished holiday flat is located in a dreamlike forest edge location
in a side street.
You can park your ferry bikes or motorbikes safely in our garage.
A car parking space is right outside the front door. An 11 kW wallbox for the favourable
charging your electric vehicle is at your disposal.
Nearby are meadows and fields with indirect access (800 mtr.) to the
Sieg nature trail. The ideal starting point for excursions of all kinds; be it by
by bike, by car or by train (which is 6 km away).
Hiking maps, information material and flyers are available in the flat.
