The centerpiece of the apartment is the light-flooded living-dining area with direct access to the terrace, equipped with a cozy seating area and comfortable loungers—perfect for sunny hours and mild evenings.

Our lovingly designed apartment is directly on the ski slope of the Krössbach practice lift and the cross-country ski trail, making it just right for winter sports enthusiasts and hiking friends alike.

The Stubai Glacier is only 13 km away and conveniently reachable by ski bus. The bus stop is just a 1-minute walk from the apartment.

Furthermore, the bike path runs directly past the accommodation - an optimal way to explore the varied cycling routes in Stubai.

Idyllic hikes to Milderaunalm, Mischbachalm, or Klamperbergalm are possible directly from the Stubaier Bergnest.

Nearby restaurants can be reached on foot, located 400 m and approximately 1.7 km away.

The nearest supermarket is only 2.8 km away, so you always have everything you need at hand.

Several shops, restaurants, cafes, a bakery, and a pharmacy can be found in Neustift, which you can also reach by car in 5 minutes.
