The staff at the rental agency were super friendly. The rental was by far my favorite Airbnb in Spain. great views, decks, master bedroom. Fabulous location. close to beach, old Town, tons of restaurants, shops & markets. absolutely loved San Sebastián and the unit. Would highly recommend for your stay in Donostia. The Zurriola Beach was by far my favorite, only minutes away.
A great place with a great location. We enjoyed the too floor 3 balconies and it was clean and easy to access.It was a little difficult to find the entrance, but once found easy to remember.It would have been good to have or let be known that there was no shampoo or body wash. We expected to have some for 3 guests.
This place was perfect. Better than expected. Had so many more amenities then were listed in the listing. A beautiful spot on the very top floor of an apartment building with pretty much a wrap around balcony from front to side to back. The views were amazing! Right in the heart of it all. It was great that we could park and walk to all the sites, restaurants, beaches, groceries, Old Town and shopping. Modern and tastefully decorated. There was just two of us but there was plenty of room for another guest. The only thing that we found not great was getting to the check-in place. It was very hard as the address is a little confusing and you really can't ask anybody for help because nobody speaks English well enough to understand what you're saying. Or to give you help. Those who did help us could not even understand what the address was. IIt took us an hour to get there after we got into town and it should have taken us 5 minutes. But once we got there the lcheck in was quick and easy.
Great place to stay. Had everything we needed. Quiet and on top of the building. Lots of outside space to relax giving terrific views from the 7th floor. Close to surf beach and easy walk to other beaches plus the old town. This location had the feel of being with the locals and away from some of the touristy areas across the river. Would stay here again.
Well-located apartment with spectacular 360-degree views of San Sebastian from seven floors up. Short walk to the beach. Short walk to the old quarter. One of the nicest places I have ever stayed.
The apartment was wonderfully bright with windows on all sides, together with a balcony that also is on all sides but the entrance. The location is excellent with easy walks to the surfers' beach, the old town, and the other two beaches. Everything in the apartment worked as it should. We were very happy to have spent a few days in Donostia with this bnb as our base.

La ubicación del apartamento era inmejorable, así como las vistas y las distintas terrazas del apartamento. Sin embargo, el precio nos pareció muy alto y más teniendo en cuenta el servicio al cliente por parte de los propietarios: llegamos muy tarde y no había ni 1 rollo de papel higiénico, ni una manta/edredón en condiciones (teniendo en cuenta que es una casa bastante fria y sin calefacción) ni un amenitie de bienvenida. Nos dejaron varios radiadores pero tardaban mucho en calentar el ambiente y si enchufabas ambos a la vez, saltaban los plomos. Además, ls ventanas de la habitación no cierran bien con lo que el aislamiento no es bueno. Si no eres una persona friolera no hay problema, pero si no es el caso, puede resultar un poco incómodo. La mampara de la ducha no cierra bien y constantemente se salía el agua. Teniendo en cuenta el precio, debería hacer unas mínimas labores de mantenimiento para hacer la estancia cómoda a los huéspedes.
Great location. The description was accurate and the shower leaked as others have noted, which was the only big problem. It also would have been helpful to know that the heater needed to be turned on once we arrived to access hot water. Otherwise great stay
