The outstanding 4-meter long dining table made of massive bespoke wood by a local woodcarver can seat 18 guests. All outdoor furnishing was carefully chosen to fill the space and to offer comforts aplenty. And there is more!

This beautiful villa (300m2) built on two levels is designed with good taste and stylishly decorated. The main entrance leads into a hall that gives access to the different levels of the villa. You will notice at once the beautiful wooden accessories: door frames, doors, tables, countertops, and sink holders. They are all handmade by a local artist and they enhance the exquisite design of the villa.

On the ground floor, you have a spacious and bright living room with a double-height ceiling, three bedrooms, the kitchen, and a laundry room. On the first floor, you have two en suite impressive bedrooms with beautiful views.

The spectacular living room has a double-height ceiling, large windows, a beautiful wooden fireplace built right in front of the lounge area consisting of 3 comfortable leather sofas with a large wooden coffee table. It simply invites time together! You have here a Samsung 55 inch TV with a direct internet connection and soundbar that allows you to connect to any streaming app. A dining area for 8 offers beautiful garden views. The glass table can comfortably seat eight guests. From the living room, you have access to the garden through a large sliding glass door.

The kitchen is completely equipped with an oven, microwave, vitro ceramic, refrigerator, freezer, water kettle, toaster, coffee machine, blender, dishwasher. You have instant boiling water for tea in the kitchen and a filter for drinking water. You also have a 32 inch TV here. The kitchen has a breakfast table for 4 and offers access to the laundry room (washing machine, dryer, sink). From the hall, you have access to a service toilet with a sink, mirror, and a window.

The two main bedrooms on the ground floor share a family bathroom and they can serve as a separate apartment, so if you decide to travel along with friends you will be able to enjoy the needed privacy. The first bedroom has a large wooden frame double bed (180cm), nightstands with lamps, a table for the laptop, a 50 inch TV, a mirror, and large wardrobes with light and mirror. The second bedroom has two single beds (200cmx90cm) with a nightstand, a lamp, a table for the laptop, a 50 inch TV, large wardrobes. It also offers an exit to the yard. Both bedrooms have mosquito nets on the windows. Both bedrooms have an exit to the garden. In between the two bedrooms you have a fully equipped bathroom, with a walk-in shower cabin, a rain head shower, double sink, mirror, and a window.

To get to the service bedroom, you have to go down a few stairs. This bedroom has a double bed (150cmx200cm), nightstands with lamps, a wooden table for a laptop, a 50 inch TV, a mirror, and a recessed wardrobe. The windows have mosquito nets and offer views over the yard. The en suite bathroom with a walk-in shower cabin, a sink, toilet, a mirror.

On the first level, you have the fourth bedroom with two single beds (90cmx200cm), two nightstands with lamps, large recessed wardrobes. The en suite bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower with a rain head, a sink, mirror, and window. Going a few stairs up you reach the master bedroom with an impressive king-size bed (180cmx200cm) with a bespoke handcrafted wooden frame. There are nightstands with lamps, a comfortable sofa, a table for the laptop, a mirror, a 32 inch TV, a small table, windows that allow you to admire the yard and the urbanization. The en suite bathroom has a bathtub, a walk-in shower, windows, a double sink on a wooden stand, and a large mirror. Both bedrooms on the first level have mosquito nets on the windows.

All TVs are Samsung and smart with various apps for streaming. The mesh fiber assures you a fast and reliable internet connection.

~ Terraces/Garden
With the amazing weather in Marbella, I'm sure that you'll spend most of your time in the 1000 m2 garden or on the 120 m2 terrace or just laying by the pool (10m x 5m) with jacuzzi (2,4m x 2,4m) (the heating is charged extra from 400 euros/week - please inquire for exact price). The outdoor music system that you can control from your phone via streaming apps invites you to step outside and pamper your soul. The garden of this villa is a neat, yet very nature-friendly area. It has patios with marble tiles but also an impressive pine tree and palm trees that allow you to enjoy the true charm of the southern Spain flora. Here you have various sitting and dining areas. If you want to have a suntan you have at your disposal 10 comfortable sun loungers. When you feel like cooling down you may benefit from the spacious pool with a jacuzzi. The pool can be covered and uncovered at the simple touch of a button. The pool heating is charged extra from 400 euros/week - please inquire about the exact price as electricity prices are increasing daily. The garden offers various sitting areas. You have an impressive terrace that can be covered if needed and on windy days you may protect the atmosphere by the transparent plastic blinds. The terrace has an outdoor BBQ (gas and charcoal), neat marble tiles and two comfortable mosaic benches. It has a wooden countertop, bar shutters and 6 comfortable bar stools. Also, you may enjoy a middle fire so even on cool nights you have the possibility to spend quality time outdoors. If you want privacy you may choose one of the various sitting areas with small coffee tables and comfortable sofas and armchairs. The dining area is impressive: the local woodcarver has yet another pleasant surprise for guests who love fine pieces of furniture. The outstanding dining table is made of massive bespoke wood (4mx1.3m) and can comfortably seat up to 18 guests on armchairs. On the opposite side of the garden, you have an outdoor shower and a service toilet with a sink. Yet another sitting area awaits you in the opposite corner of the garden with comfortable rattan sofas and a low massive wooden table. So you have all the reasons to enjoy the unique sun and fresh air from the privacy of this beautiful villa.

Upstairs, on the first level of the villa, you have access to a neat terrace (2.6 m x 8 m) with beautiful sea views, urbanization views, and very comfortable outdoor furniture. You have a rattan sofa and armchairs and a rattan coffee table, and also two chairs just for sitting comfortably and admiring the landscape.
