Apartment Weinrefugium en Neustadt-Gimmeldingen, Rhineland-Palatinate

In August 2022, after extensive renovation work, our 4th holiday flat, our "wine refuge", is completed. The holiday flat is our largest accommodation with around 70 m². It is located on the ground floor. The spacious and unusual bedroom with a 2 by 2 m four-poster bed from India is located in a beautiful vault with a large arched door and three alcove windows. The living and dining room is tastefully furnished, a pull-out sofa completes the furnishings. The small, compact kitchenette with refrigerator, dishwasher and 2 hotplates as well as the bathroom are functionally designed. According to the original plan, the flat would have been a modern seminar room. The bathroom is therefore equipped with a correspondingly small hand basin. This, together with shower and WC , the bathroom of the "wine refuge" is a second space wonder next to "Goldberg". As a side note, the bathroom is glazed at the top, allowing a view of the beautiful sandstone.

The living-dining area has a warm wooden floor, all other rooms are laid with beautiful high-quality sandstone tiles. All rooms are equipped with underfloor heating. The lighting is dimmable in all rooms and can thus be adapted to the practical or romantic and cosy mood. Own fast WLAN available.

In our former winegrower's estate, you will find four holiday apartments with an extraordinary style of furnishings, shaped by our many years of work in Africa and Asia. Two beautiful, quiet, spacious courtyards with sandstone walls invite you to linger and relax. Numerous restaurants and wine taverns are within walking distance. We are centrally located near hiking and mountain biking trails.

As our guest, you will receive the Pfalzcard – a brilliant entrance ticket to around 130 leisure activities in the Palatinate. With this, you enjoy free admission to castles, museums, swimming pools, and destinations like SEA LIFE in nearby Speyer. Wine tastings, golf without green fees, and much more are also included. For those who do not have the Germany Ticket: the use of public transport is also free.
