Bungalow: fully modernized in 2022, cozy, detached bungalow (50m2) with two bedrooms, bathroom, storage room and sunny, completely private garden all around (plot 210m2). 500 meters / 5 minutes walk from the beach. The many windows provide plenty of light and distant views. The bungalow is well insulated and equipped with double glazing and central heating: in cold periods it quickly becomes pleasantly warm and in the warm summer months it is always pleasantly cool. Also four bicycles available.
Garden: Front garden 100m2, half lawn, half terrace with a large dining table with six chairs, 5 sun loungers and a floating parasol. Backyard 35m2 with small terrace, cozy lounge corner and a beach garden with shell dune, beach posts, beach grass and flowers. The front and back garden offer plenty of sun and shade all day long from early in the morning until late in the evening and are completely surrounded by high green hedges, which offer complete privacy.

Our bungalow is located on a quiet, dead-end road with a distant view and lots of greenery. Bungalow park De Zandput is located near Zoutelande, between holiday villa park Het Kustlicht and a 10 km long landscaped nature park with various walking routes to the lake De Westkapelse Kreek and the dunes that extend to Westkapelle, Domburg, Dishoek and Vlissingen. It is located 1.5 km from the pleasant center of the seaside resort of Zoutelande with various shops, restaurants and terraces. It is wonderful to walk on the beach or through the dunes to Vlissingen or Domburg.
