On the ground floor, you have a living room, open kitchen, bathroom, and a bedroom. The spacious living room includes a television, DVD player, radio, and central heating. In the open kitchen, you will find a coffee maker, fridge/freezer combination, microwave, four-burner stove, and kettle. The bathroom has a shower, sink, and toilet. The bedroom on the ground floor has two single box spring beds (90x200). On the first floor, there is another bedroom with four single box spring beds (90x200). All beds come with a single duvet.

Outside, you have a furnished veranda and private parking. The shared garden is partially fenced.
