Descripción
The interiors of the accommodation are distributed over two floors. On the ground floor you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds each, a bathroom with shower and a small inner courtyard to give light to the entrance of the house and one of the bedrooms.
On the first floor there are the common areas, a 3rd bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with a bathtub. The area of the living room is very bright and has access to a small balcony of 3 m2. The kitchen with vitro and open to the living room, has everything you might need to cook comfortably during your stay. The separate laundry has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. The common areas and bedrooms are all equipped with air conditioning. We can provide a crib and a highchair when traveling with a baby.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax.
