The 200m2 house is groundfloor only and counts with 3 bedrooms: 2 with a double bed (one with an en-suite bathroom) and 1 with 2 individual beds. On request, there is a baby bed and a highchair available. There is another bathroom (for general use) with a shower.
The cozy living- and dining room counts with a sofa, satellite TV, a dining table and air conditioning. The independent kitchen wotks with gas and is fully equipped with all necessary utensils to prepare a wonderful meal during your stay. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
No pets allowed.
Outdoor parking space for 2 cars.

In der Nachbarschaft viele Läden und Spielplätze. Allerdings definitiv nicht ein"ruhiger Teil Mallorcas", Strände selbst im Sept. total überfüllt...Nicht jedermanns Sache. Das Haus ist jedoch uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!!
