From the terrace, you have direct access to the sitting-dining room with A/C which is equipped with a cozy sofa, a dining table with 6 chairs, television (only Spanish and German channels) and a fireplace for cool autumn nights. The independent kitchen counts with everything you will need for your holidays. Additionally, there is a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. There are 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is located on the ground floor, counts with a double bed and has access to the garden. The other two bedrooms are located on the 1st floor, one of them with a double bed and the second one with a bunk bed. The bunk bed consists of a double bed (down, sleeps 2) and a single bed (up, sleeps 1). There are 2 bathrooms with a shower each, one on each floor. The house works with solar energy.
Note: We cannot accept guests under 25 years unless you are a family. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking.
Pets are not allowed.
The holding of events is forbidden.

Traumhaft . Wir kommen wieder!
Wir hatten mehr als genug Platz.
Auf der Terrasse mit Markiese könnten wir jeden morgen schön frühstücken und sie Sonne genießen. Der Pool war sauber und groß. Es gab sogar Bade Spielzeug. Generell ist die Finca gut ausgestattet. Vom Schirm für den Strand bis hin zum Kinderbett und Hochstuhl ist alles da.
Leider gab es einige Ameisen, die mich aber nicht weiter störten. Bei Ankunft hatten wir vom Vermieter ein paar Lebensmittel bereits im Kühlschrank. Das ist ein Service!!!! Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und gibt gerne Tipps. Wärend unserer 2 Wochen kam er nach 1Woche um den Pool zu reinigen. Super Service.
98% Zufriedenheit. 2% Abzug da es im oberen Stockwerk viel zu warm war und der Sonnenschirm in einem nicht so guten Zustand war.
