The house has 170 m2, distributed on one floor. It has 3 bedrooms, one with double bed and en suite bathroom with shower, one with double bed, and one with two single beds. All they equipped with air conditioning and heating. One cot and one high chair available on request. In addition to the en suite bathroom, there is one more bathroom with a bathtub.
The rustic living room is very cozy and comfortable. It counts with one sofa, table, TV-Sat, air conditioning and a wood stove. The kitchen with vitro has all the necessary cooking utensils and disposes of a dining area with large table and chairs. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are also available.
No pets allowed on the property.

The Ecotasa (tourist tax) must be paid cash on site when checking in. The amount varies between 0.55 euro/night and guest during the low season and 2.2 euro/night and guest during the high season. Zum Ausspannen OPTIMAL
Alles sehr sauber, wir waren immer sehr zufrieden und kommen in diesem Jahr das dritte Mal hier her!
Allerdings hoffen wir, dass die Matratzen, die schon sehr in Mitleidenschaft gezogen und durchgelegen waren, erneuert wurden. Wäre für unser aller Rücken wirklich sinnvoll!
Es ist traumhaft ruhig hier und dennoch ist der Strand, Supermärkte etc in gut erreichbarer Nähe.
Ohne Auto ist man hier jedoch aufgeschmissen.
Ich hoffe, dieses Jahr wird nicht das letzte Mal auf der Finca!

Der kleine Sommer im Winter
Was wirklich nicht gut war: Die Finca wurde vorher NICHT ENTFEUCHTET UND GELÜFTET. ( Ein absolutes MUSS im Winter ) Die ersten 3 - 4 Tage waren sehr muffig und feucht.
Die Umgebung war toll, wir waren, bis auf einen entfernteren Nachbar, alleine. Das lauteste war das pfeifen der Vögel.
Die Zu- Wegung war nicht so toll, aber landestypisch.
Alles in allem war die Ausstattung ok, hier und da könnte man etwas erneuern
Wir hatten trotzdem einen schönen Urlaub den wir sehr genossen haben.
