Inside the house, it awaits a welcoming living room where you can watch the satelliTE TV or listen to your favourite music. There is also a firewood for your use if you come in the winter. The three bedrooms have a double bed each, two of them is equipped with air conditioning and one with a fan. if you travel with your baby, we will prvide you a cot and a high chair. There is two bathrooms, one with a bath and another one with a shower. This house also disposes of a safe box, located at the bathroom. For the winter you will have at your service 5 electric radiators.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in the Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax.
