Completed in 2017, this light-flooded, bright 3-room penthouse flat, with approx. 90 m² of living space, is equipped for a maximum of 4 people. All windows have electric shutters.
The spacious living area is furnished with a leather corner sofa, 49’ flat-screen cable TV, stereo system and Bose Bluetooth speakers for music from your smart phone. The indirect, dimmable lighting creates a cosy, feel-good atmosphere.
The kitchen, which is open to the living room, is equipped with a Bora ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and dishwasher.
The high-legged dining table with cosy bar stools is a great place to spend an evening.
From the living area and the eat-in kitchen you have access to the large south-west-facing roof terrace. There is a large dining table with a granite top and 6 chairs on the roof terrace. This is the perfect place to start the day with breakfast in the open air. You can enjoy the sunset from here with a glass of red wine in your hand. The high-quality sun loungers round off the feel-good atmosphere on the terrace.
The two separate bedrooms with double beds can be reached via the hallway. Both bedrooms each have their own north-facing balcony.
