Our Dolomites Residence Sonnleiten in the heart of South Tyrol offers modern apartments with panoramic south-facing balconies and private whirlpool tubs!
In the Sonnenalm, an alpine meadow with a double bed and starry sky (180x200 cm) including a cot 60x120 cm, as well as an alpine hut with two beds (90 x 200 cm), ensure sweet dreams. The light-flooded living space offers a kitchenette with 4 ceramic hobs, dishwasher, coffee machine, oven, kettle, cozy seating area, sofa, digital satellite TV, satellite radio, internet connection, telephone, and safe. The bathroom impresses with a large shower with rain shower head, double washbasin and plenty of storage space, as well as a toilet, hairdryer, hand and sauna towels. The panoramic balcony with herb garden invites you to sit and dine outside, and you can relax perfectly in the whirlpool tub with a view of the Dolomites.

Car: Take the Bozen Nord exit and continue north on the SS 12. In Blumau, turn right towards Steinegg (about 5 km). In the village, turn right uphill, and after 200 m you will find your holiday accommodation.
Via the Reschen Pass:
before Meran, take the MEBO to Bozen Süd, then continue on the motorway to Bozen Nord. Take the Bozen Nord exit and continue north on the SS 12. In Blumau, turn right towards Steinegg (about 5 km). In the village, turn right uphill, and after 200 m you will find your holiday accommodation.
Train: to Bozen
Airplane: Milan/Bergamo (BGY) and Verona (VRN)

Familienparadies mit toller Aussicht
Von Anfang an wurde sich um unseren Aufenthalt gekümmert.
Es fing damit an, dass die Wunschwohnung nicht für den gesamten Zeitraum verfügbar war.
Auf den Vorschlag hin, zwischendurch in eine andere, freigewordene Wohnung, umzuziehen sind wir eingegangen und dieses klappte auch ohne Probleme. Der Umzug fand ohne unser dazutun statt. Vielen Dank dafür.
Zum Sonnleiten selbst kann man garnicht genug lobende Worte finden.
Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und vielseitig. Täglich wechselnde Spezialitäten lassen den Tag perfekt starten. Die Ausstattung der Wohnungen lassen ebenfalls keinen Wunsch offen.
Der Spa Bereich ist nach einer schönen Bergwanderung ein wilkommener Erholungsbereich.
Für Ausflugstipps, nicht nur regional, steht Andreas auch gerne bereit.

Ein Tipp noch: Frühstück unbedingt dazubuchen! Es gibt nur ein Wort das es umschreibt: SENSATIONELL und jeden Cent wert! Qualitativ sehr hochwertig, sowie sehr reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich, der perfekte Start in den Tag.
