The Linquenda apartment house was built at Easter 2007 as an addition to the Villa Linquenda and has eight comfortable holiday apartments. The house is only about 100 meters from the fine sandy beach and the promenade. Your breakfast rolls, Ahlbeck's varied restaurants, shops, Ahlbeck's landmark - the historic pier - are about 300 meters away. Usedom's well-developed cycling and hiking trails also start right outside your door. All apartments are furnished to a high standard and with attention to detail. Beechwood interiors, terracotta-colored tiles, carpets and decorative fabrics ensure a warm ambience. We are happy to provide a travel cot and high chair free of charge on request. There is a parking space for each apartment. Please note that if your car is a little larger, parking may be a little tight. There is a coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the basement of the house. There is a bicycle storage room in the house. Balcony furniture is available for the balconies/terraces.
