It is suitable for 2-4 people (3 adults). Private parking is available directly behind the building at the entrance. A nearby garage is available for €7 per day, subject to availability. The pool area with sunbathing lawn is very well-maintained and spacious (2.50 m deep). There is a separate non-swimmer pool for children (0.50 m deep). Hot and cold showers are available.
The pool area is supervised by a state-certified lifeguard. The pool is situated in a sunny location. Several palm trees provide shade in the lawn area.
Sports facilities: Next to the pool area is another fenced-in play and sports area, which is also well-suited for children. This includes a hard tennis court (fee applies), a small soccer field with goals, a bocce court, and two weatherproof ping-pong tables. There is also play equipment for toddlers.

Sauber und gepflegt mit allem was man so braucht. Sehr schöner Seeblick vom Balkon und der Fewo.
Unkomplizierte Abwicklung von Buchung und Aufenthalt. Gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants.

Ein super Urlaub
Sehr geehrter Herr Sendhardt,
wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub und waren bzw. sind von der Wohnung und der Gegend einfach nur begeistert. Wir waren bisher dort noch nie gewesen. Einfach ein Traum ganz zu schweigen von der Aussicht aus der Wohnung, vom Balkon und der Dachterrasse.
Vielen Dank für Ihre gute Organisation, d. h. die Zusendung der Infos und des Schlüssels, aber auch die Vorbereitungen mit Steckdosen und Infos in der Wohnung.
Wir sind der Meinung, dass das super geregelt und gelöst ist.
Den Urlaub werden wir in ganz besonders positiver Erinnerung behalten.

Panormablick in schönem Ambiente
Die geräumige Whg. mit sensationellem Panoramablick auf den Lago war für uns mit 6 und 4-jährigen Kindern ideal. Die Whg. ist sehr gut und auch geschmackvoll eingerichtet ! Die beiden Pools sind mit einem großen Spielplatz verbunden, was für Kinder ideal ist. Auch der kleine private Seezugang ist in ca. 10-15.min gut zu erreichen. Der Vermieter beantwortet schnell und kompetent alle Fragen, die Buchung verlief reibungslos. Klare 5 Punkte !

Wir hatten wieder einen sehr entspannten und erholsamen Urlaub in Ihrer schönen Ferienwohnung. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. Praktisch und sicher war auch die geräumige Garage für unser Auto.
Die gepflegte Anlage "Parco Belmonte" bietet viel Grün abseits vom Straßenlärm.
Gesteigert wurde dieser positive Eindruck durch die großzügige Poolanlage mit 2 Schwimmbecken und Platz zum Sonnen.
Nicht zu toppen ist ist der unvergleichliche Seeblick!
