You may cancel the contract at any time. The cancellation must be made in writing. In the event of withdrawal, you are obliged to compensate us for the damage incurred:
- no compensation from the day of the booking confirmation by the landlord until the 121st day before the rental start
- from the 120th day to the 61st day before the rental start, amounting to the deposit of 30%
- from the 60th day to the 15th day before the rental start 50% of the total price
- from the 14th day to the 8th day before the rental start 80% of the total price
- If you cancel less than eight days before the start of the rental, the entire travel price must be paid.
The date of receipt of your cancellation notice applies. Amounts already paid will be credited. You can name a substitute person who will enter into your contract under the stated conditions. A written notification is sufficient.

Tolle Ferienwohnung – absolut empfehlenswert!
Die Wohnung selbst ist hervorragend gelegen, nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt. Restaurants und ein Supermarkt sind ebenfalls in kurzer Distanz, sodass wir alles Nötige bequem zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Zudem war die Unterkunft makellos sauber und bestens ausgestattet.
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum genossen und kommen gerne wieder!
