Romantic 2.5-room terrace apartment with a stunning view over Lake Maggiore and a breathtaking Alpine backdrop. The quiet, year-round inhabited complex with pool and tennis court "La Romantica" is situated on a hill above the town of Brezzo di Bedero, south of Luino on the eastern shore of Lake Maggiore. The complex is mostly flat, and the holiday apartment is accessible via a few steps.
The apartment with a level terrace and small private garden is suitable for families of up to 4 people (+1 toddler). The living and sleeping areas lead onto the terrace. The bedroom has a double bed. In the living-dining room with a well-equipped kitchenette, there is a pull-out sofa bed. The modern bathroom with skylight has a spacious walk-in shower. A storage room makes it easier to keep things tidy.
The lockable single garage box with a 220V socket is available, and there is an elevator. Alternatively, there are numerous parking spaces in front of the complex.

You may cancel the contract at any time.
The cancellation must be in writing. In the event of cancellation, you are liable to compensate for the damage incurred:
• From the day of the booking confirmation by the landlord until 3 months before the rental start, no compensation is required, the deposit will be refunded
• 3 to 1 month before the rental start 25% of the total price excluding cleaning
• From day 28 to day 14 before the rental start 50% of the total price excluding cleaning
• From day 13 to day 8 before the rental start 80% of the total price excluding cleaning
If you cancel less than eight days before the rental start, the full travel price must be paid.
The date of receipt of your cancellation notice is always applicable. Any amounts already paid will be offset.
A substitute person who enters into your contract under the aforementioned conditions can be provided by you. A written notification is sufficient, the rental to a substitute person/s is subject to acceptance by the landlord.

There are 5 pool loungers available. A charcoal grill and an additional cozy bioethanol stove ensure moments of comfort. The pool is open from May to October, depending on the weather.
You will be personally welcomed and shown around. We are available for any questions during your stay. You can arrange your arrival and departure times individually.

Tolle Auszeit am Laggo Maggiore
sehr sauber. Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr schön eingerichtet und bietet allen Komfort, den man sich wünschen kann. Man merkt sofort, dass der Gastgeber viel Wert auf Details legt, um den Gästen einen perfekten Aufenthalt zu ermöglichen. Er hat uns auch viele tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants gegeben. Ein paar Restaurants sind auch fußläufig erreichbar.
Man fühlt sich von der ersten Minute an willkommen und gut aufgehoben!

Sehr schöner Aufenthalt am Lago Maggiore
Das Appartement ist für 2 Personen großzügig und modern eingerichtet, sehr gepflegt und sauber.
Von der Terrasse aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf den See und über den romantischen Ort Brezzo di Bedero.
Bei unserem Besuch im März konnten wir das Poolgelände leider noch nicht nutzen.
Im abgeschlossenen Tiefgaragenabteil waren unsere E-Bikes sicher untergebrachten und konnten direkt geladen werden.
Es gibt direkt von der Haustüre weg wunderschöne Wanderungen.
Fußläufig erreicht man auch zwei tolle Restaurants, die uns begeistert haben und wir deshalb die neue, gut ausgestatte Küche wenig benutzt haben.
Der Vermieter ist außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Wir können die Ferienwohnung sehr empfehlen.
