Spend your vacation in this beautiful, bright and modernly decorated apartment which spreads over 150 square feet and delights in luxury. The apartment consists of a living room and a dining room with a view of the sea and the islands. From this room you enter a spacious terrace with an outdoor seating and dining set. The terrace offers views of the sea and the islands. We believe that you will spend most of your time here enjoying the sun's rays, the view, the fresh air and the romantic sun-drenched dinners as well as the social gatherings along with the glass of excellent Dalmatian wines.

The apartment has a total of three bedrooms with double beds and en-suite bathrooms, of which two with shower and one with bath, living room, toilet, dining room and kitchen which is modern and equipped with all appliances that will facilitate the preparation of meals for your loved ones and friends.

This apartment is ideal for family vacations, and you can bring a smaller pet.

Parking is secured for two cars and is located in front of the building.

Die Wohnung ist wirklich so schön, wie auf den Fotos, wir waren begeistert. Die Lage ist in einem Wohngebiet, von daher schaut man natürlich auf andere Häuser und hat keinen ganz freien Meerblick. Das kann man aber auf den Fotos erkennen, uns hat es nicht gestört, denn die Terrasse ist wirklich klasse. Dazu noch eine nette Vermieterin, der Kontakt klappte reibungslos. Insgesamt eine klare Empfehlung.

Alles war super. Sehr netter Gastgeber. Das Penthouse war sehr groß und sehr sauber. Für 6 Personen bestens geeignet. Man hat alles in der Wohnung was man braucht um einen schönen Urlaub zu erleben. Wunderschöner Ausblick, auf der linken Seite kleiner Waldstück mit morgendlichen Vogelgezwitscher.
Makarska sehr schnell zur Fuß erreichbar.
Auf jeden Fall weiter zur Empfehlen.

Wir haben uns hier außerordentlich wohl gefühlt, da alles wunderbar lief. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und herzlich. Man ist schnell an der Strandpasssage und in der Stadt bzw. am Hafen. Auch als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge ist dieser Ort perfekt. Die Wohngegend ist sehr ruhig und ein Supermarkt ist ganz in der Nähe. Besser geht es insgesamt nicht.

Ich verbrachte den Winter 22/23 in Makarska und es war einfach nur traumhaft. Die Wohnung ist so gepflegt, sauber und mit sensationeller Aussicht, da ist jede Superlative untertrieben. Wahnsinnig nette und aufmerksame Vermieter, wir hatten eine wunderschöne Zeit hier und kommen sicherlich demnächst mal wieder. Herzlichen Dank für einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt bei Euch liebe Familie Macri.

Ein wunderschöner Urlaub in einem tollen Apartment. Ein Vermieter der immer erreichbar, freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Alles war unglaublich sauber, selbst der Weber-Grill war blitzblank. Das Apartment kann ich wärmstens empfehlen.

Das Penthouse ist modern und geschmacklich sehr gut eingerichtet. Die Wohngegend ist sicher und man läuft zur Promenade rd. 15 min. Das Penthouse ist sauber. Alle Zimmer sind klimatisiert - was im Sommer (rd. 32 Grad am Tag und 22 Grad in der Nacht) auch sehr wichtig ist. Ein Weber Standgrill mit voller Gasflasche steht auf der Terrasse - Die Lounge ist einfach klasse) Auf der Terrasse stehen auch Liegen, Liegestühle und Tisch zu Verfügung. Alles Fenster haben elektr. Rolladen mit außenliegenden Mückenschutz. Alles im allem eine schöne, große lichtdurchflutete Unterkunft mit guter Betreuung vor Ort!!

This was truly a great experience The apartment itself is just as amazing as the photos if not better. Very clean, all the appliances you could need, great view and lots of space. The beach is about a 15 minutes walk away. If you want to avoid the most crowded parts of the beach, the walk quickly becomes 25 minutes. The town is also about 15 minutes away. We walked down to both the beach and town but ended up taking a taxi back a couple of times, as there are quite alot of uphills back to the apartment. From the moment we arrived the hosts were so nice and helpful. We arrived quite early in the day, and they were so helpful with our luggage and check-in despite our early arrival. They were also very quick to answer if we had any questions. Thank you for a great stay

Man kann es als Penthouse bezeichnen in dem man sich sehr wohl fühlt. Die Wohnung exakt so vorgefunden wie wir sie auf den Bildern gesehen haben.
Kurzum wir haben uns sehr sehr wohl gefühlt, wir eine 6 köpfige Familie.
Der Weg bis zur Promenade etwa 15 dis 20 Min. jenachdem wie schnell mal ist. Bedingt durch die gute Gastronomie tat uns der Fußmarsch ganz gut .
Unterhaltungsmöglichkeiten gibt es in Makarska genug. Nach dem Abendprogramm haben wir gern auf der großen Terrasse gesessen.
Die Gastfamilie ist sehr freundlich und stand mit Rat und Tat zur Seite, hierfür nochmals unseren Dank !
Unser Fazit, wer entspannten Urlaub machen möchte ist hier total richtig.

Fantastic apartment that proved even better in reality than the pictures. Large nice bedrooms with both private balcony and separate bathroom. Plus for the location as they were quiet yet close to everything, 10 min to the beach, 10 min to the central bus station, 15 min to the harbor. Large access areas with plus for the large terrace where there was barbecue, dining table, sofa and sun loungers. Top with own washing machine. Helpful hosts who were quick to answer if thereä were anything you wondered or wanted tips. We will be happy to come back again!
