The holiday apartment (75 m²) features three rooms, balcony and is perfect for up to 5 persons. The living room is equiped with 2 comfortable sitting sofas, a third sofa where one person can sleep, a 65 inch smartTV,, hammock, a little children arm chair and a carpet.
The bedroom has a queen size double bed, wardrobe, commode and a SAT TV. The third room has a sofa which opens into a comfortable queen size double bed , a wardrobe, library, a desk , an armchair and access to the balcony.
For your literary leisure choose from our wide range of books located in the pretty and spacious lobby and in the third room's library.
The kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, large fridge, E-stove, oven, microwave, toaster, a coffee machine, juicer, etc.... A large table provides enough space for 5 persons. In addition: shower and WC , hair dryer washing machine and tumble drier, baby bed, baby high chair, bed linen and towels are included. This is a non-smoker apartment. Smoking only on the balcony.

How to get there: Coming form the freeway A 10 EXIT Salzburg Airport, go ahead to the first traffic light, then turn left to the Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse. At the end of Innsbrucker Bundesstrasse turn right to Maxglaner Hauptstrasse. After having passed a small bridge, turn immediately left to Straubingerstrasse. At the end of Straubingerstrasse turn left to Ganshofstrasse. It's the second house on the left side, a light green house.
From the railway station take bus number 27 until Ganshofwirt.

This place is perfect for us and the home was perfectly set up and clean and everything works. There was great help from Ruth and she was highly responsive and attentive to our needs. Amazed how she replied to my messages within 30 minutes despite the different time zone. If you are staying in Salzburg. I would definitely recommend you to stay at this place. Lovely apartment with everything you need in a quiet area. Walked to a bakery for breakfast each morning…walked to dinner one night and took bus into town easily the other. Parking next to building private parking lot was fantastic. Enjoyed reading her travel books on a shelf and playing the games she had. Would stay again. Very happy with our stay. Everything as pictured and more.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung in Salzburg
Wir sind drei bis vier Mal pro Jahr hier Gäste.
Die Wohnung ist perfekt für uns:
- die Lage ist ideal: zu Fuß ist man in 10 bis 15 Minuten in der historischen Innenstadt oder am Mönchsberg;
- Busse ins Zentrum oder z.B. nach Hellbrunn sind leicht zu erreichen;
- direkt beim Haus stehen kostenlose Parkplätze zur Verfügung;
- Lebensmittelgeschäft und Bäckerei befinden sich in der Nähe;
- die Wohnung selbst bietet alles, was man braucht, sogar einen kleinen Balkon mit Markise.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin ist völlig unkompliziert.
Was für uns sehr wichtig ist, dass unser Hund auch ein gern gesehener Gast ist.
Als Eltern von nunmehr zwei erwachsenen Kindern fiel uns auf, dass zahlreiche Spiele für Kinder zur Verfügung stehen.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt...
Die FeWo war perfekt eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gut gelegen. Wir sind meist mit der Linie 1 (Haltestelle in 5 Minuten erreichbar) ins Zentrum gefahren. Der Bäcker war ebenfalls in der Nähe.
Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war einwandfrei. Für unseren Jüngsten war die Hängematte ein Traum.

Sehr schöne Wohnung.
Die Wohnung ist wirklich top. Altstadt zu Fuß in 15 Minuten gut erreichbar, Restaurant paar Minuten um die Ecke, Supermarkt auch gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Ausstattung so wie beschrieben, alles was man braucht vorhanden. Schöner Balkon auf der Rückseite. Für die Lage sehr leise und angenehm zum Wohnen. Wir werden bestimmt noch mal vorbeikommen, war ein wunderschöner Urlaub.

Einfach schöner Urlaub :-)))
Wir waren mit zwei Kindern (10 und 12 Jahre) da. Die Kids haben die Hängematte im Wohnzimmer geliebt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und es fehlt einem an Nichts. Im Sommer ist auch Frühstück auf dem kleinen Balkon möglich :-)
Der Parklplatz ist direkt vor der Haustür in einem Innenhof. Wir haben das Auto da, das ganze Wochenende stehen gelassen, weil man es für die Stadt selbst nicht benötigt. Das nächste Restaurant ist keine fünf Gehminuten weg und zur Altstadt benötigt man ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Lage ist einfach optimal für einen gemütlichen Städtetrip.
Wir ware bereits das zweite Mal da und werden sicher noch mal kommen.

Schöner Urlaub mit Baby
Wir haben hier eine tolle Unterkunft für uns mit kleinem Baby gefunden. Schön groß und geräumig, Küche ist gut ausgestattet und ebenso sind Spiele vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden wieder kommen. Ins Zentrum ist man schnell gelaufen, Supermarkt ist auch nicht weit. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt . Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr geräumig und es fehlt an nichts. Die Lage ist eine ruhige Wohngegend,
keine Parkplatzprobleme und zentral gelegen. Selbst zu Fuß ist

Pleasant, Well Equiped Apartment
My family of 3 enjoyed our stay in Ruth's 2 Bedroom apartment. There was plenty of space for our needs, we found it to be clean and pleasantly decorated. We appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, the access to a washer and dryer, off street parking, Wi-Fi and the location because there were restaurants nearby and we could walk to Salzburg's downtown area within 25 minutes. We felt the price was reasonable especially compared to a hotel stay. We would not hesitate to contact Ruth again should we ever be in the Salzburg area again. Thanks!

We came for 3 days to Ruths very charmy and very well equipped apartement where we would all have enjoyed to stay longer. The location was great and thank you for all the good information. We will look forward to be an other time guests in your place. This was by far the best holiday home we had in a city. Especially all the games and books for our youngest we all did enjoy. Excellent apartment
A friend and I used this apartment in June 2009. It is compact but the level of equipment provided is excellent. The apartment was in good condition and immaculately clean.
It is in a quiet suburb of Salzburgh with a nearby bus route both to the city centre and to the main railway station. There is a gasthof within two minutes walk which provided adequate meals and friendly service. There is also a small supermarket about ten minutes walk away where one can buy essentials.

Wir haben einen Kurzurlaub in Salzburg verbracht und uns dafür dieses Appartment ausgesucht. Das war eine gute Entscheidung. Selten haben wir ein so gutes Equipment vorgefunden. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und großzügig ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Sie liegt in einem hübschen Viertel mit ruhiger Nachbarschaft. Die Entfernung zur Altstadt ist auch zu Fuß in Ordnung. Wir würden jederzeit wieder herkommen. Fazit: Absolut empfehlenswert!

We, a middel-aged couple have good experiences with the apartment. In detail: The distance to the centre of Salzburg is easily accessible bij bus. The house lies in a quiet quarter of Salzburg. There are restaurants quit near (Gasthof) and a Pizzaria where you can order take-away pizza's.
There is a bakery on walking distance. A big supermarket is too far to walk to. The place itself has good facilities: t.v., magnetron, dishwasher. In the building are laundryfacilities, which is very useful.

Nice apartment near the City center of Salzburg
Really nice equipped apartment, clean, provided everything we needed from kitchen appliances (microwave, watter heater, coffee maker...), two tv-s, DVD, bedding, towels etc. to smallest details like city plan and toys for our baby.
Nice and quiet neighborhood.
I You have car, You are 5min away from everything in Salzburg. If You walk, or use a public transport, there is a bit of a problem, but You can manage it (we could with a baby), and this is an only thing I could take as a miss advantage.

We spent 2 weeks in the 3 room apartment and had a really great time. The apartment is very spacious .. It was meticulously clean and very well equipped. In the kitchen plenty of dishes and everything you could wish for. It was the best equipped kitchen we ever had in a holiday apartment. On rainy days we also enjoyed the big library and games. . The apartment is very conveniently located. it is a pleasant 15 minutes walk to the old city. It is in a nice, quiet neighbourhood, very close to bus

5 nights we spent in Mrs. Dicks apartment were great! There is everything in the apartment you need for a really comfortable rest. Ruth is a great host, friendly and hospitable. My husband and I would definitely recommend the apartment to anybody who is looking or a quality rest.

To be honest I must to say that it was a true pleasure to be in Ms. Dict apartament. The equipment is great, specially if you like me travel with 2 years old babies, they can play and read childrens books, watch the dvd The apartament is nice, and is located in a very quiet area, near the center of the city. You can park the car outside of the house. Ms. Ruth Dick is a very pleasent lady and you can trust totally in her. A true very recomended option if you decide go to Salzburg.
