The apartment is located in the village of Morro Jable, in the south of Fuerteventura, in a quiet area on the way to the marina.
The apartment has two floors, in the lower one is the kitchen, a toilet, and the living room, as well as a large and wonderful terrace with garden where you can enjoy views of the sea and the marina. On the terrace you can enjoy all year round the wonderful weather of the island, whether sunbathing in the sunbeds in the garden, or having lunch or dinner at the outdoor table. The living room is equipped with two comfortable sofas and television with satellite connection to international channels as well as the usual channels of the Spanish TDT.
If you prefer it is also possible to eat at the table inside. The kitchen has a fridge, ceramic hob and microwave as well as everything you need for cooking. On the ground floor there is also a laundry room with a washing machine and a line to hang on your clothes.
On the upper floor are the two bedrooms and a nice bathroom with a shower. The small bedroom has two comfortable single beds and a built-in wardrobe. The large bedroom has a double bed, built-in wardrobe and a small table ideal for working with the laptop or checking the email. The room has air conditioning for the hottest days. This bedroom gives access to another very pleasant terrace with fantastic sea views, it is equipped with a table and a couple of chairs, and it is ideal for enjoying a drink while watching the sunset.

Wir waren 4 Leute und haben jeden einzelnen Tag genossen. Die Wohnung ist super, der Ausblick auf den Hafen und die gute Lage haben dazu beigetragen, dass der Urlaub ein Selbstläufer war. Danke Danke an Jazmin
Es war sehr schön
Wir waren als Paar verreist und haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick auf den Hafen und den Atlantik ist grandios. In den Ort Morro Jable ist es kleiner und schöner Fußweg.
Familie Granell ist sehr aufmerksam und total hilfsbereit.

Townhouse located in the nicest part of Morro Jable. Nice and quiet residential neighbourhood with quick walk to beach and restaurants. Stunning views off both balconies - enjoyed the sunsets and watching the world go by at the port/marina
Ein sehr schönes "Reihenhaus" mit Blick auf den Hafen
Zentrum von morro ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar! Manche haben bedenken dass es am Hafen laut ist, so was er aber nicht. Sehr schöner aufblicke. Schöner offener Bereich unten, oben befinden sich die Schlafzimmer. Gäste WC, Badezimmer mit Dusche oben. Würde immer wieder dort einziehen. Danke

Very spacious - a terrace with a beautiful view of the port, a comfortable sofa, a large table to eat but also to work, a spacious and well-equipped kitchen, and two bedrooms upstairs. We didn't miss anything. Everything was very clean and well maintained.

Schickes Townhouse mit Blick auf Meer und Hafen!
Zugang über recht viele Treppen, auch zum Strand geht es über viele Treppen (dann 5min Fußweg) oder mit Kinderwagen etwas längerer Weg (10 min.). Der Blick ist richtig toll. Für Kinder gibt es im Hafen immer viel zu sehen, teilweise jedoch Motorgeräusche von dort (LKWs, die kommen und gehen). Das Haus ist sehr hell und wirklich schön. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber ist perfekt! Wir durften sogar deutlich früher einchecken. Unterm Strich sehr zu empfehlen.

Das Haus ist optimal ausgestattet. Modern, gute Qualität. Der Blick in den Sonnenuntergang ist unbezahlbar. Der Hafen mit all seinen Aktivitäten ist spannend.
Wunderschönes Häuschen am Meer
Die Wohnung liegt etwas außerhalb des Trubels auf dem Hügel oberhalb des Hafens von Morro . Der Blick ist unbeschreiblich schön und die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Betten bequem und alles tip-top sauber. Jazmine ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat unseren Aufenthalt perfekt gemacht. Wir kommen wieder!

Traumhafte Wohnung mit super Blick auf den Hafen. Super sauber und alles da was man braucht
Super Lage! Toller Blick auf den Hafen und viel Ruhe
Abseits des Touri-Trubels aber in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß am Strand und schnell im Geschehen. Wir haben 4 Wochen Remote gearbeitet und täglich das Büro auf die Terrasse verlagert. Das Wlan ist super. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Alles was man braucht ist vor Ort. Ein kleines Problem mit einer Tür wurde keine 10 Minuten nach unserem Anruf von Jazmin und ihrem Mann gelöst. Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Wonderful holidays in a great location
It's a nice house in a great location, five minutes from the beach and the centre of Morro Jable. We got clear instructions on how to get there and the contact with the host, Jazmin, was great. She responds super fast and is very helpful. There are some steps to get to the house and the area is not accessibile if you're using a wheelchair. Parking is easy and convenient, there are free spaces available at all times. The kitchen could be a bit bigger but you also get a little external area called solana, which is great for doing the washing. The terrace was my absolute favourite thing about this house. It's a great place have meals or just to relax on the sunbed, surrounded by palm trees. I've been to Morro Jable a number of times and it's the best view I had. It's just magical. Overall, great holidays.
Amazing terrace with stunning views of the sunset
A spacious house, including a beautiful, large terrace with stunning views. Just an 8-minute walk from the beach, and you're in a quiet area, where you can get great sleep, with easy parking. It had everything we needed. The place has great vibes and you get a feeling of being at home. And if you want to do some work, the Wi-FI is fast (it's optic fibre). The cleaning is impeccable. The highlight is the seaview that you can enjoy from the balcony and the terrace. In the evening you get an amazing view of the sunsets at the harbour. We had a great stay and we can definitely recommend it to couples, families and groups of friends! This is THE house for your dream holidays. We will be coming back :-)

Die Wohnung ist komplett eingerichtet. Wir haben die Wohnung sehr sauber übernommen. Es fehlte eigentlich nichts. Die beiden Schlafzimmer im 1. Stock sind ideal. Es ist sehr ruhig dort und man schläft gut. In wenigen Minuten erreicht man das Zentrum mit guten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und den Strand.
Von der Terrasse hat man einen fantastischen Blick auf den Hafen. Die Sonnenuntergänge auf der Terrasse genießen ist einmalig schön. Bei klarem Wetter sieht man bis Teneriffa. Die wenigen Treppen zum Haus lassen sich schnell überwinden.
Die Betreuung von Jazmin ist wirklich gut. Bei der Übergabe ist sie pünktlich zur Stelle und erklärt die Einrichtung der Wohnung. Die finanzielle Abwicklung war korrekt. Aufgrund der guten Erfahrungen haben wir erneut bei Jazmin gebucht. Wir freuen uns schon.

Nice house near Parque Nacional de Jandia
A quiet, well-cleaned and well-equipped house near the center of Morro Jable where you can find shops and restaurants. Nice terrace with view of the sunset in the harbor. It is also well situated to start hikes and explore the Parque Nacional de Jandia. Ideal for a few days of "disconnection".
Toller Ausblick auf den Hafen in 1. Meereslinie
Sehr schönes und ruhiges Reihenmittelhaus mit 2 Terrassen. Alles vorhanden, was für Selbstversorger notwendig ist. Die Betreuung war optimal, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Großartig, jeder Zeit wieder
Wir verbrachten mit drei Personen eine schöne und erholsame Zeit auf der Insel und in der Wohnung. Wir sind zum Kitesurfen nach Fuerteventura geflogen und konnten mit dem Auto alle geplanten Ziele gut erreichen. Die Unterkunft war großartig und hatte alles um einen entspannten Urlaub zu genießen. Die Küchenausstattung war ausreichend. Die beiden Schlafzimmer waren für drei Erwachsene super und der Rest der Unterkunft großzügig. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen wurde mit Ausblick auf den Hafen genossen.

Very clean and well equipped with a fabulous view overlooking the harbour. Ideally situated for a walk into the town centre where there are lots of places to eat, have a drink or just go for a leisurely stroll.
There is also a fabulous beach in Morro Jable, one of the best in the Canaries.
Nothing was too much trouble for our host Jazmin, speaks perfect English and welcomed us with a warm, friendly smile. We will certainly return to this apartment in the future.

Gemütliche, saubere Unterkunft in idealer Lage
Die Betreuung durch Jazmin war sehr gut. Die Unterkunft bietet alles, was man benötigt, um einen angenehmen Urlaub verbringen zu können. Die Lage über dem Hafen mit Sonnenuntergang ist ideal um den Tag auf der Terrasse ausklingen zu lassen.
In der Ausstattung vermisste ich lediglich einen Sonnenschirm, da Nachmittags auf der Terrasse kein Schatten ist.

Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, besonders schön ist der Balkon und die Terrasse mit der wunderschönen Aussicht auf das Meer und den Hafen von Morro Jable.
Jasmin was eine wundervolle Gastgeberin, hat uns bei der Ankunft empfangen und war immer für uns ansprechbar , und hat uns viele wertvolle Tipps gegeben.

Wir buchen schon seid Jahren ausschließlich über Jazmin. Sie und ihre Familie sind unglaublich nett und helfen wo immer sie können. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und ruhig am Hafen gelegen und hat alles was man für einen Familienurlaub braucht.

Einen Parkplatz haben wir immer bekommen, diese sind vom Haus ca. 50 Meter entfernt, ruhige Lage mit Blick auf den Hafen.
Die Nachbarn haben nicht gestört. Die Sonne war ab ca. 10:30 Uhr und dann bis zum Sonnenuntergang auf der Terrasse. Auch im Winter war das Haus gemütlich warm.
Das Bett im Hauptschlafzimmer ist leider nicht so breit ( ca. 1,40 m).

Amazin location
Fabulous house, tastefully furnished with amazing views across the harbour. The garden is lovely and we enjoyed many happy times sipping wine and watching harbour life pass by! The air conditioning in the bedroom and lounge was very welcome after a hot day spent on the gorgeous nearby beach. Overall, we will visit again!
