from the 41st day to the 31st day before the start of the rental period 25%, this corresponds to the amount of the deposit
from the 30th day to the 15th day before the start of the rental period 50% of the total price
from the 14th day to the 8th day before the start of the rental period 80% of the total price
In the event of cancellation less than eight days before the start of the rental period, the full travel price must be paid.
The date of receipt of your cancellation message counts. Amounts already paid will be offset.
You can provide a substitute who enters into your contract under the conditions stated. Written notification is sufficient. We recommend that you take out travel insurance.

Eine schöne Urlaubszeit
Meine Frau und ich haben uns in der Wohnung der Familie Fasse rundum wohlgefühlt. Das lag nicht nur an der Wohnung, sondern auch an den überaus freundlichen, zuvorkommenden, einfach menschlichen Gastgebern. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts, der Zuschnitt für zwei Personen ist einfach ideal. Sehr komfortabel die Liegen auf der Terrasse. Angenehm auch der separate Eingang der Wohnung und der Parkplatz direkt vor der Haustür.
Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants findet man bequem in Uslar (10 Minuten Fahr-strecke). Die Sehenswürdigkeiten des Weserberglandes sind in kurzer Zeit zu erreichen.
Es war eine wunderschöne Zeit in Delliehausen. Einen herzlichen Dank an die Familie Fasse, und ganz sicher wollen wir im nächsten Frühjahr wiederkommen.

Wir konnten gut entspannen auf der schönen , nicht einsehbaren Terrasse mit Panoramablick. Sehr nette Vermieterfamilie.

Tolle Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage!!!
Wir sind am ersten Tag in die Wohnung gekommen... WOW!! Einfach nur Klasse. Ich habe noch nie eine so schöne Ferienwohnung gesehen. Die Wohnung ist qualitativ hochwertig eingerichtet und mit viel Liebe zum Detail dekoriert worden. Es fehlt einem an nichts.
Die Gastfamilie ist nett, hilfsbereit und nicht aufdringlich. Die Landschaft ist herrlich. Für Wanderungen, Mountainbiking, Nordic-Working oder einfach nur spazieren gehen wie gemacht. Hier kann man die Seele wirklich baumeln lassen. Als Tagesausflug können wir das Wasserschloss Wülmersen sehr empfehlen.
Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

Nahe gelegenes, zu Fuß erreichbares Gasthaus bietet gute und zugleich preiswerte Küche.
Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und möchten uns bei Familie Fasse auf diesem Weg nochmals für die schönen Tage bedanken.

Tolle Wohnung und super Lage (13 - 17. 10)
Auch die zwei Terrassen sind erwähnenswert, haben dort bei Sonnenschein die himmlische Ruhe genossen.

Empfehlenswert
gut ausgestatteten eigenen Wohnwagen, mieten wir seit einigen Jahren Ferienwohnungen, bisher nur in
Deutschland. Die Adresse von der Familie W. Fasse fanden wir in Internet
nach gerichteten Aufgaben von unseren Wünschen, wie Bezirk, ruhige
Lage, Ausstattung der Wohnung, Sehenswürdigkeiten im Kreis von 125 Km. Alles hat geklappt wie am Schnürchen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden
nach einem Aufenthalt von zwei Wochen zur Scholle gefahren mit vielen Foto's die für uns die Erinnerung
lebendig halten.
