Welcome to "Brandung" in Olpenitz with direct sea views! This luxurious penthouse apartment accommodates four people and promises a relaxing and rejuvenating holiday on the Baltic Sea.
In the living area, you can cozy up in front of the television. From there, you have access to the two balconies, facing northeast and southwest. The balconies invite you to enjoy wonderful hours of sunshine with a beautiful view of the Baltic Sea and the harbor. On rainy days, you can cozy up in front of the fireplace and unwind.
The fully equipped kitchen with a cooking island promises enjoyable evenings of cooking with the whole family. On balmy summer evenings, you can grill on the balconies using the Weber electric grill while enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air.
The apartment offers a comfortable bedroom with a double bed. Blackout curtains and insect screens ensure restful nights. The sofa in the living room can be converted into a sofa bed (with mattress and slatted frame), providing a sleeping area of 180 x 200 cm.
In the bathroom, you'll find a towel warmer, a hairdryer, a walk-in shower, a bathtub, and the absolute highlight: a Finnish sauna! Here you can warm up after long walks and escape the stresses of everyday life. The toilet is located in a separate room. The bathroom also includes a washer-dryer, so even longer holidays are no problem.
The beach is just 50 meters away – ideal for spontaneous dips in the refreshing water.
A private parking space with an electric vehicle charging station is located directly in front of the house, and your bicycles can be safely stored in the lockable bike shed.

Wir haben uns zum wiederholten Male in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt sehr viel Stauraum, das große Bad mit Doppelwaschtisch und Sauna, und vor allem die beiden Balkone haben wir sehr genossen. Der Blick v.a. ins Naturschutzgebiet ist zu jeder Tageszeit einfach nur schön. Die Wohnung liegt im 1. OG. Für die An- und Abreise schätzen wir den Aufzug im Haus.
Für die Sauna haben wir eigene Handtücher und einen Saunaduft dabei. Im zubuchbaren Handtuchpaket ist 1 normales sowie 1 Duschtuch pro Person und 1 Geschirrhandtuch enthalten.

Die Wohnung Brandung ist ganz wunderbar gelegen: Aus dem Wohn-Ess-Bereich hat man einen direkten Blick in den Naturschutzpark und aufs Wasser. Die Häuser sind leicht versetzt gebaut, sodass man nur vorn am Fenster oder außen am Balkon Blick auf die Nachbarn hat. Auf der anderen Seite des Hauses ist man direkt am Strand und kann ins Wasser.
Insgesamt war die Wohnung noch einmal deutlich größer als wir es erwartet hatten, sodass wir alle unsere Vorräte, Spiele, Kleidung, Sportsachen, etc. gut verstauen konnten.
Besonders gut hat uns der Blick aufs Meer und den Leuchtturm gefallen, den man direkt morgens nach dem Aufstehen schon bewundern konnte. Auch vom Balkon kann man wunderbar darauf schauen und ganz gemütlich den Tag ausklingen lassen. Bei Bedarf müssen aber Decken für draußen selbst mitgebracht werden, das war etwas frisch im März.
Wir haben auch gerne die Sauna genutzt, um uns abends noch einmal zu entspannen - purer Luxus. Tipp: Für das Bad einen großen (!) Duschvorleger einpacken, das hatten wir unterschätzt und das Bad ein paar Mal geflutet :-)
Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist insgesamt sehr gut, in der offenen Küche ist alles Nötige zu finden. Der Kaffeevollautomat war eine perfekte Überraschung für uns. Gewürze müssen allerdings komplett selbst mitgebracht werden.
Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind mit dem EDEKA am Eingang zum Ferienpark sowie Rewe/Aldi nur ein paar Minuten weiter perfekt. Die Ansprechpersonen auch vor Ort sind super nett und hilfsbereit.
Wir waren super viel unterwegs und haben die Umgebung erkundet. Flensburg und Eckernförde haben uns total begeistert. Das Tierschutzzentrum in Kappeln macht einen großartigen Job und die Hofkäserei Backensholz den besten Käse weit und breit :-)
Insgesamt ein wirklcih toller Aufenthalt zu fairen Konditionen!
