Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet. Alles vorhanden was man braucht.
Die Lage der Wohnung ist top und die Aussicht vom Balkon super schön. Der Balkon ist auch für kleine Hunde geeignet und sicher.

An sich eine sehr schöne FeWo mit tollem Blick. Wir hatten auch ein paar schöne Tage dort. Es gibt nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten, die uns gestört haben: 1.) In der Toilettenschüssel war es unten drin etwas unsauber. // 2.) Der Staubsauger hat gestunken beim Saugen. Wahrscheinlich muss mal der Beutel gewechselt werden. // 3.) Der Backofen war nicht so der schnellste. Auf „4d Heißluft“ haben unsere Aufbackbrötchen fast 20min gebraucht (was sonst höchstens 10min dauert) und waren sehr hart. Auf „Ober-/Unterhitze“ ging es dann besser, dauerte aber immer noch zu lang. Des Weiteren war die Halterung für die Backbleche nicht richtig fest, wir müssten daher gut aufpassen, dass wir uns beim Herausnehmen der Backwaren nicht verbrennen. Dies haben wir Port54 gemeldet und es kam sofort der Hausmeister, was wirklich top war. Er konnte es aber auch nicht gleich reparieren, weil erst ein Ersstzteil bestellt werden musste. Absolut verständlich. // 4.) Die Parkplätze am Haus sind nicht überdacht und die Möwen wissen das ;-). Die Fahrzeuge aller Bewohner wurden ordentlich zugeschissen. // Alles keine großen Probleme, aber teilweise eben störend. // Nun noch zu den positiven Punkten. 1.) Die Betten sind toll. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. // 2.) Der Blick aufs Wasser ist einfach genial. Am ersten Abend haben wir sogar Schweinswale gesehen. // 3.) Die Nähe zum Strand. In 1min ist man da. // 4.) Die Ausstattung der FeWo ist sehr gut. Und hat es an nichts gefehlt. // 5.) Die Schlüsselübergabe im Tresor am Haus hat Problemlos funktioniert. So kann man auch später anreisen und niemand muss auf einen warten. … Alles in allem hatten wir einen schönen Kurzurlaub und wären gern noch länger geblieben.
