High-quality furnished holiday apartment in a quiet location. The vacation home is on the ground floor and offers place for 2-4 persons and a small child.
On approx. 64m² living space the apartment has a living room with integrated, completely equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable sofa corner with high-quality sofa and armchair. From the living room the furnished west terrace and the large, green garden with swing and sandpit can be reached.
The holiday flat has a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds as well as a bath with shower and toilet and a housekeeping room with free washing machine. All rooms are equipped with mosquito screens and blackout blinds.
To the vacation home belong a spacious bicycle shed with 2 bicycles usable free of charge and a handcart as well as a passenger car parking bay at the house. The centre can be reached from the apartment by bicycle in approx. 3 minutes, the beach is approx. 5 minutes away by bicycle.

It is recommended to arrive by car. Coming from Hamburg take the A20 direction Rostock, from Berlin take the A19. Leave the A19 in Rostock at the exit Rostock Ost and follow the B105 direction Stralsund. After Ribnitz-Dammgarten, turn left in Altheide onto the L21 towards Prerow.

Sehr gut gelegene Ferienwohnung. Gute Ausstattung und alles da was man für einen guten Urlaub in Prerow braucht.
Phantastisch. Alles super perfekt und sehr nette Vermieter.
Ankommen und sich wohl fühlen
Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Prerow und begeistert von diesem wunderschönen Ferienort mit einem gewissen Flair. In der perfekten und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichteten Wohnung haben wir uns sofort zu Hause gefühlt. Die Aussicht auf die Pferde-Koppel ist einzigartig und die Umgebung Natur pur mit traumhaften Stränden und Pinienwäldern. Ein sehr netter Vermieter, den wir auch kennengelernt haben, sehr naturverbunden und sofort für das Anliegen seiner Gäste präsent. Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit einem tollen Altweibersommer in vollem Umfang genossen und kommen, wenn möglich, gerne mal wieder.

Ankommen - Seele baumeln lassen
Ankommen, Koffer auspacken und die wirkliche Ruhe genießen. Mit Kaffee in der Hand raus in den schönen eingewachsenen Garten und das Vogelkonzert erleben. Am Morgen die Begrüßung der Pferde war schön.
In der Wohnung ist alles was man benötigt vorhanden. Sehr schätzen wir die Möglichkeit mal eben schnell eine Wäsche zu waschen.
Der neue TV-Sessel - cool.
Wir sind nun schon einige Jahre Gäste bei Familie Haase und kommen immer wieder gerne weil wir uns auch gut aufgehoben fühlen. Empfehlen können wir einen Urlaub bei ihnen sehr.

Sehr schön Eingerichtete FeWo wo man sich gleich Zuhause fühlen kann. Sogar für unseren Hund lag eine Decke bereit. Danke für die schönen Tage hier.
Tolle Ferienwohnung, wir kommen wieder
Wir waren im August 2019 in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Wir waren zum ersten Mal in Prerow und der Ort und das Darß haben uns sehr gefallen. Auch in der Wohnung hat es an nichts gefehlt und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Erholung pur!
Wir fanden eine sehr saubere und überaus liebevoll eingerichtete Ferienwohnung vor. Die Einrichtung ist hochwertig und lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig, die Lage ist ruhig, aber dennoch zentral, der Garten gepflegt... alles in allem ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub. Dem Vermieterpaar herzlichen Dank für den netten Kontakt und die unkomplizierte Abwicklung. So macht Urlaub Spaß! Wir freuen uns wieder zu kommen.

Schöne Ferienwohnung
Wir haben eine angenehme Woche in dieser Ferienwohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten und top ausgestattet. Auch die Lage hat uns sehr gut gefallen, ruhig am Ende einer Sackgasse gelegen, aber nicht zu weit vom Strand entfernt. Toll auch die kostenlos nutzbaren Räder. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
hübsche Ferienwohnung mit Top Service!
Wir waren als 4-köpfige Familie mit zwei kleinen Kindern zu Gast. Ohne zu fragen wurden uns Kinderbett und Hochstühle bereitgestellt. Zudem gab es einen eigenen Sandkasten und Schaukel, was uns die Zeit die wir oft im großen Garten verbracht haben nochmals versüßt hat. Für Ausflüge in die Ortsmitte und an den Strand standen Fahrräder zur Verfügung, wobei alles auch einfach zu Fuß zu erreichen ist. In der vollständig ausgestatteten Küche stand bei Ankunft sogar eine Flasche Sekt im Kühlschrank. Entweder vom Vermieter oder den Gästen vor uns. Haben wir nicht rausgefunden uns aber gleich zu Ankunft drüber gefreut. Kommen gerne wieder!
Erholsame Woche an der Ostsee
Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die ruhige Lage hat uns gut gefallen, dank den Fahrrädern kann man trotzdem bequem und schnell zum Strand , Restaurant oder Supermarkt fahren und auf's Auto verzichten. Der Wohnbereich ist perfekt für gemütliche Abende und die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen. Das Haus ist sehr sauber, gut eingerichtet und gemütlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
