With direct water views and a unique location right on the Schlei fjord, the "Wiking-Koje 1" at Pionierhafen Schleswig offers the perfect place for your vacation.
The 116m² apartment features an open-plan living and dining area with a kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a terrace.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired, and in the living room, you can relax on the sofa in front of the smart TV at the end of your vacation days.
Two of the three bedrooms each offer a comfortable double bed (180x200cm) and blackout curtains for restful nights.
One bedroom has a flat-screen TV.
The third bedroom has two single beds (90x200cm each) and blackout curtains.
One of the two bathrooms includes a hairdryer and a shower.
And the absolute highlight: a Finnish sauna! Here you can warm up and relax after long walks on the beach.
The second bathroom also has a shower.
On the terrace, you can relax and unwind in the beach chair on balmy evenings.
A private parking space is available directly in front of the house.
You can store your bicycles in the shared, open bicycle storage room.
A washing machine is available for your free use on the ground floor of the neighboring Fjord and Schleikojen houses.
Sustainability is a priority at Pionierhafen, which is why 77% of the energy is generated by geothermal sources.
Thanks to its unique location on the Schlei fjord, you can also bring your own boat and moor it at a berth for a fee directly at the Pionierhafen.

There are two electric vehicle charging stations near the accommodation for the Schlei, Wiking, and Fjord cabins.
These are available for all apartments in the buildings.
The development of the newly built "Am Pionierhafen" district is largely complete. No further major construction work is expected. Some areas, especially the outdoor spaces in the neighborhood, are still undergoing visual changes.

For all bookings with a stay from April 1, 2026, the city of Schleswig charges an overnight tax of 5% on the total price excluding VAT. This will be shown on the booking confirmation in addition to the total price.

Please note that the apartment is not suitable for tradespeople, and we cannot accept bookings for this purpose.
