The living room offers a cozy corner sofa (which can be extended as an optional sleeping space for the third and fourth person), an armchair with ear flaps, and an LED stove for romantic evenings. From the living room, you have a magnificent, unobstructed view of the Walser mountains and terrace-balcony access. The south-facing terrace/balcony is equipped with sun protection, a lounger, a balcony table, and chairs.
The adjoining kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, stove, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, filter coffee maker, kettle, and dining area for up to four people.
In the modern bathroom, there is a rain shower, sink, toilet, and a built-in radio.
Your holiday apartment includes two balconies with an unobstructed view of the Walser mountains. On the south balcony, you can experience the sunset at Ifen.
The apartment comes with a private underground parking space with remote control specifically for your car. (In winter, no need to scrape ice from the windows and remove snow!)
In the summer, the mountain railway ticket (entire Kleinwalsertal and Oberstdorf) is included in the rental price. This includes the Walmendingerhornbahn, Zafernabahn, Heubergbahn, Ifenbahn, Kanzelwandbahn, Söllereckbahn, Fellhornbahn, and Nebelhornbahn.
Also included is the bus ticket from Walserschanze to Baad and all side lines in the Kleinwalsertal.
In winter, a free bus shuttle is available from your apartment to the nearest bus stop or Kanzelwand from 7:45 to 10:00.
