This exceptional apartment offers you a lot of space and a unique holiday atmosphere on two floors.
With a total of three bedrooms and a spacious living and dining room we can comfortably accommodate up to eight people.
Enjoy the sun on the inviting, large sun balcony or spend cozy evenings in front of the fireplace.
The special architecture of this apartment gives your holiday home a very special atmosphere.

Super schöne Wohnung und sehr unkomplizierte sowie freundliche Abwicklung mit dem Anbieter. Alles war auch sauber und in gutem Zustand. Ausstattung vollständig aber auf ein Minimum beschränkt - daher hier einen Punkt Abzug.

Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen, einem Kleinkind und Hund in dieser toll gelegenen Ferienwohnung. Auch wenn die Wohnung kein Neubau ist, bietet sie alles was eine Ferienwohnung braucht. Der tolle große Esstisch mit sehr komfortablen Stühlen, die bequemen Betten, der riesige Balkon und der neue Herd haben uns am besten gefallen. Man ist in wenigen Gehminuten am See und im Ortskern von Langenargen daher ist auch die Lage perfekt.

Tolle Wohnung mit rieieiesigem Wohn-Esszimmer und Balkon ins Grüne. Wir waren mit meinen Schwiegereltern und unserer kleinen Tochter dort und jeder hatte ausreichend Platz und Freiraum. Besonder toll: Es gibt eine Spülmaschine!!!! In vielen Ferienwohnungen leider nicht selbstverständlich ;-)

Die Wohnung hat ein tolles großes Wohnzimmer mit Esstisch und einen grosszügigen Balkon. Buchung war unkompliziert und wir haben auf unsere Fragen immer sehr schnell eine Antwort bekommen. Insgesamt haben wir uns wohl gefühlt. Leider hat das Wetter bei unserem Aufenthalt nicht ganz mitgespielt hat. Der Preis ist für die Nebensaison nicht günstig, aber ok.

Wohnung ist zwar geräumig, aber renovierungsbedürftig, außerdem nicht überall ordentlich gesäubert. Wir waren daher sehr enttäuscht. Die Badarmaturen sind alt, abgenutzt und ungepflegt. Die Küche könnte sowohl einen neuen Herd gebrauchen, die Spülmaschine war auch nicht ok. Der Teppich im Whz und die Essstühle hatten unappetitliche Gebrauchsspuren. Die Schränke im Schlafzimmer musste ich erst ausputzen vor Gebrauch. Das Dachgeschoss, welches wir nicht mitgebucht hatten, hätte ich auch keinem zumuten wollen. Die Bahnlinie liegt sehr nah am Haus, die Züge fahren bis spät abends sehr laut und schnell vorbei. Alles in allem war der Mietpreis für dieses Objekt nicht gerechtfertigt. Wir werden nicht mehr hierher fahren.

Sehr geehrter Gast, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Schade, dass Sie nicht vollständig zufrieden mit unserer Ferienwohnung gewesen sind. Natürlich nehmen wir jede Rückmeldung sehr ernst und haben direkt erste Maßnahmen ergriffen. Im Esszimmer haben wir alle Stühle ausgetauscht, der Herd mit Backofen in der Küche wurde erneuert, die Amaturen im Badezimmer werden noch vor dem Start der Saison im April ersetzt und zusätzlich werden wir die Reinigung der Wohnung zukünftig noch besser kontrollieren. Unser Dachgeschoss ist ein kleines zusätzliches Zimmer, das gerne von Familien mit kleinen Kindern mitgenutzt wird. Der Raum ist für Erwachsene tatsächlich nicht uneingeschränkt nutzbar. Die Decken sind hier durch die Dachschrägen etwas niedrig. Sie sind herzlich Willkommen sich vom erneuerten Zustand der Wohnung persönlich zu überzeugen. Mit freundlichen Grüße vom Bodensee
