Cancellation and early departure:
As soon as the down payment is made by the guest (i.e. tenant), a legally binding rental contract is concluded between the guest and the landlord - even if this contract was made without personal signatures. The landlord undertakes to make their rental property available to the guest for the period specified in the reservation confirmation. Conversely, the guest agrees to pay the landlord the following rental loss fees in case the rental property is not used. If the tenant cancels (terminates) the contract before the start of the rental period without naming a new tenant who enters the contract under the same conditions, the following pro rata fees - after having taken into account any saved expenses - are to be paid as compensation, provided that another rental is not possible:
From time of booking confirmation up to 31 days before arrival date: 20% of the booking price
From 30 days before arrival date: 90% of the accommodation price
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to protect yourself against cancellation fees
3. In case of an early departure, the lessee is obliged to pay the rental fee in full.

From early May to October, the Oberstdorf/Walsertal mountain railways that are open can be booked on site for free.
Mountain railway rides via the Nebelhorn, Fellhorn, Söllereck, Ifen, Kanzelwahndbahn, Walmerdinger Horn, Heubergarena and Zafernlift - as often as you like, even several times a day!
- A secure, reserved parking space in a closed roof garage protected from rain and snow.
- Our caretaker lives in the house and will be happy to help you in case of an emergency.

Und dazu noch dieser unglaubliche Ausblick, der einen sofort in seinen Bann zieht. Der Balkon ist Erholung pur.
Durch die gute Busverbindung nach Oberstdorf und ins Kleinwalsertal kann man das Auto auch mal stehen lassen.
Der Kontakt zur Familie Henke war hervorragend. So freundlich und entgegenkommend.
Sehr genossen haben wir auch den Mobil Pass Allgäu, den wir reichlich für Bus und Bergbahnen genutzt haben.
Wir hatten hier Urlaub pur.

Urlaub mit großartigem Ausblick
Der Blick auf Oberstdorf und die Berge ist einfach unbezahlbar.
Auch sonst lässt die Ausstattung, der Komfort und die Lage der Wohnung keine Wünsche offen. Wir haben die Stunden auf dem Balkon sehr genossen und trotz des heißen Wetters war es in den Räumen immer angenehm.
Wir werden definitiv wiederkommen!

die angenehme wohnliche Atmosphäre in ihrem Appartement hat uns richtig gut getan. Und für meine Frau waren besonders wohltuend das moderne, beinahe luxuriöse Bad wie auch die höherwertigen Matratzen.
Bei dem schönen Wetter konnten wir viele Stunden auf dem großzügigen Balkon mit der herrlichen Aussicht verbringen. Wir behalten alles in bester Erinnerung.

Erholsam und schön
wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in Ihrer Wohnung mit dem tollen Blick auf die Berge, da fing der Morgen beim ersten Blick aus dem Fenster immer sehr schön an!
Die Wohnung ist auf jeden Fall weiterzuempfehlen! Auch die Betreuung durch den Hausmeister war sehr gut, er stand uns mit Infos zu Wanderungen usw. immer zur Seite.

Super Wohnung, beste Lage und tierfreundlicher Vermieter
Fast direkt vom Haus aus sind sehr schöne Spaziergänge möglich, die Bushaltestelle ist nicht weit entfernt und die Breitenbachklamm kann man, wenn man halbwegs gut zu Fuß ist, auch bequem ohne Auto erreichen.
Sehr gefreut hat mich, daß der Vermieter kein Problem damit hatte, meine beiden kleinen Hunde zu akzeptieren. Beide sind gut erzogen und bellen auch nicht, aber das kann er ja aus der Entfernung nicht beurteilen. Meist ist es schwer, mit Tieren eine adäquate Unterkunft zu finden. Und (!) es durfte sogar unser Kater mitreisen, den ich ungerne in Pension gebe.
Fazit: buchen!
