-up to 14 days before the start of the rental: 85% of the rental price
-otherwise (later than 14 days before the start of the rental) 90% of the rental price.
The statutory rights of withdrawal and termination remain unaffected.

Die ordentliche + saubere Wohnung ist mit vielen Details liebevoll eingerichtet; auch alles Nötige an Ausstattung für den Alltag mit Selbstverpflegung ist in der Küche zu finden. Für Kinder sicherlich unschlagbar: die Empore mit der Piraten-Verkleidungskiste. Parkmöglichkeiten sind direkt vor der Tür.
Die Wohnung + Umgebung ist für erholsame Tage perfekt. Einmal über die Straße gestolpert, erreicht man den Dünen-Weg zum riesigen Sandstrand. Ansonsten lädt die Umgebung zu Fahrradtouren oder ausgiebigen Spaziergängen ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (u.a. Lidl, Albert Heijn) sind in ca. 10 Min. (Auto/Rad) erreichbar.
