Relax in the garden with lawn and barbecue.
The apartment is equipped with a terrace with garden furniture, kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven and a fireplace.
There are two bedrooms with toilet and a separate toilet.
The second bedroom with double bed, shower / WC and cable TV is in the basement.
We provide bedlinen and linen without any charge.
There is a common washing machine, a tumble drier, sauna and solarium for you to use as well as a ski and bicycle room.

General booking conditions
1. The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room or apartment has been ordered (booked) and confirmed (confirmed). For the confirmation both the oral and the written form are binding.
2. The conclusion of the guest contract obligates the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, irrespective of the duration of the contract.
3. The landlord is obliged to pay compensation for non-provision of the room or apartment to the guest.
4. The guest is obliged to pay the agreed or customary price for non-use of the contractual services, less the expenses saved by the landlord. The savings are based on experience rates for overnight stays apartment 10%, for bed and breakfast, 20% of the overnight price, for half board 30%, for full board 40% of the price of the pension.
5. The landlord is held in good faith, unused room or apartment otherwise if possible, to avoid failures.
6. Until the other rental of the room or apartment, the guest has to pay for the duration of the contract calculated in accordance with Section 4 amount.
7. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the place of business.

Wunderschöner Allgäuurlaub im Juni 2019
Die Wohnung ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für vielfältige Wanderungen.
Besonders begeistert waren wir von den etappenweise durchgeführten Wanderungen auf dem Illerdamm, und den Rundwanderungen um die nahe gelegenen Seen wie beispielsweise Sonthofer und Ortwanger See. Die sich in den Seen spiegelnden wechselnden Landschaften reizten an sehr vielen Stellen zum fotografieren.
So hat man auch nach dem Urlaub noch bleibende Erinnerungen an das wunderschöne Allgäu.

Eine wunderbare Urlaubszeit
Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert
Handtücher können selbständig bei Bedarf gewechselt werden.
Besonders positiv zu erwähnen ist, dass in der oberen Etage 2 WC und in der unteren Etage ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Dusche und WC vorhanden sind. Das Highlight ist die Südterasse mit unverbautem Blick auf die Bergkulisse. Gartenmöbel und 2 Sonnenschirme sind vorhanden. Bäcker, Metzger, Restaurants und Supermarkt sind zu Fuß gut zu erreichen.
Familie Philipp-Rap sind sehr freundliche und zuvorkommende Gastgeber, die auch gerne einen Tipp bzgl. Gastronomie, Veranstaltungen und Gegend geben.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und es besteht Gefahr der Wiederholung. Wir können nur sagen: DANKE!
