The property is located in a very quiet location in Ludwigswinkel, an idyllic village in the Dahn Rockland on the edge of the "Pfälzer forrest, near the French border (Alsace).
With its almost 3000 square meters of land with old trees and a large private outdoor swimming pool are the best conditions for a relaxing nature-loving holiday with us. The center of Ludwigswinkel can be reached in about 5 minutes.
The apartment (basement apartment located on the back of the house) is accessible via a separate entrance and offers enough space for up to 4 people. The large terrace is perfect for having barbecues.

Tolle Gegend, sehr ruhig. Super zum erholen.
Hier konnten wir richtig entspannen.
Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt und der Pool war sehr kalt.
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall nächstes Jahr wieder mit hoffentlich besserem Wetter

Perfekt als Basis für Wanderungen in der Umgebung oder einfach mal auf einer Liege im Garten den Vögel lauschen.

vielen Dank für das Vertrauen das sie uns entgegen gebracht haben.
Uns hat es gut in der Ferienwohnung gefallen. Da wir die 5 Tage als Wanderurlaub genutzt haben , war das eine sehr gelungene Wahl.
3 von den vielen Wandertouren verlaufen 10m am Haus vorbei ! Das Haus hat eine gute, schöne und ruhige Lage, daß das Entspannen nach Wandertouren wunderbar erlaubte. In dem großen eingezäuntem Garten fühlte sich auch unser Hund ziemlich wohl.
Alles im allem - Wohnung , Garten, Umgebung alles war ok.
Fazit - war bestimmt nicht der letzte Auffenthalt in ihrer Ferienwohnung !

Tolle Ferienwohnung in wunderschöner Umgebung
vielen Dank für den tollen Osterurlaub den wir bei Ihnen im Haus Waldesruh verbringen durften.
Die Ferienwohnung war richtig gemütlich und nicht nur unser Hund hat den großen Garten, die sonnige Holzterrasse und die Ruhe genossen.
Wir alle haben uns so gut erholt und kommen gerne wieder. Wir freuen uns schon sehr darauf noch mehr der vielen Burgen und Burgruinen in der Umgebung zu erkunden.
Das nächste Mal kommen wir dann mal im Sommer, damit wir auch Ihr Freischwimmbad und den Barfußweg nutzen können.
